Finally I asked her a question about something in front of me and she answered with a sneer that they are closed. I was shocked and appalled at her vehemence when I had no idea the hours. So my family has not returned. I hope they're not mean to everyone. It's a really neat place.

She was not able to price the work I needed to be done before seeing it but she gave me a rough idea of how much it would probably be. I called the next day, as Glenn said my clothes would be done. She then let me know she was just about to call me as the clothes had just finished and they were ready to pick up. The pricing of my 3 items(pants, shirt, jacket) was about $20 like she estimated and the quality of her work was surprising. The event I needed my clothes cleaned for should go well as my clothes look so clean and sharp that it is instilling me with confidence. I called Jan 15th to request delivery on the 19th or 21st. I knew I had to be home since I am…read morecompletely out of propane. Was told by the man to call back on the 19th. I called back as directed. Spoke to a woman who said she would get me on the schedule. WHY wasn't I already on the schedule???? That was the purpose of my call 4 days prior!!! She then asked how I would pay. She asked card or pay driver. I stated I would send check with driver. I understood weather delayed delivery on 19th. So waited Monday, called again at 1 PM on 21st. Was told driver would try to get to me that day. Received a call at 3:30 saying driver was running late and it would be tomorrow. I said it would have to be on Saturday as I had to work rest of the week. I had wasted an entire day waiting on him as it was. I called on Tuesday the 22nd to make sure I was on the schedule for Sat 26th. Lady said she would call me back. I explained the answer should be yes you are since we want to keep your business. She had to check with driver and said she would call back. She never called back and now is 1 PM on 26th and still no propane. Their prices may be cheap but their service is substandard. Obviously they are incapable of scheduling deliveries in a timely manner and do NOT respect their customers time. If you heat with propane you will freeze waiting on them! Another question now is if I had prepaid with credit card would I have to dispute the charges as they NEVER delivered the goods? In Jan 2018 I had called them to run gas line so I could add another heater. At that time I was told it would be months before they could do the job, so I went with their competition. I want to support locally owned businesses but will not be supporting this one
