With that being said, I did take away 1 star because some of the people who go here have no decorum. I started my washer and left to run errands, and when I came back literally just 30 mins after my washer had stopped, somebody took all my clothes out of the washer and left them in a basket. Talk about invasive! That is disgusting behavior. No one should be touching other people's clothes without their permission. It's not like there were no other washers open, there are literally only 3 other washers running as I type this. I can't even bear the thought of someone else's hands touching my clothes. Learn some manners, people. It's not that hard to have some respect for other people's property! Update: Took away another star. Even the owner admitted to having his own personal clothes stolen from his laundromat. Yet, he is unwilling to do anything about it. "Wash at your risk," he says. Anyway, Oasis is down the street. A little more expensive, but they always have someone working there and no one will touch/steal your things.

We breed Golden Doodles. After their heat, things can get very messy. We have three large "My…read morePillow" dog beds that needed a good washing. Soap Box extra large washers and dryer were perfect. $4 to wash each one and $2 to dry each one. However the equipment wasn't my inspiration to write this review. It was the employee, Cicily. Somehow she could tell I was a Laundromat novice. Maybe the awkward way I was inspecting the washers.... She walked me through what machines would be best for certain loads, how the machines operated so I knew how to use them, and especially her willingness to go the extra mile. When she discovered what stains I was trying to get out, she grabbed some peroxide and showed me how to apply it. I will visit a business based on my needs, but when one offers an experience that make you feel they really care about you, I'll find reasons to come back.

I came out after doing my laundry and my car was booted. The employee there wasn't at all understanding and just said if he made an exception for me he would have to for everyone. I saw no signs outside about booting. He told me he would only take $60 in cash. I said I would never return after this and he only said, "I'm sorry". That's how much they care about their customers or customer service. Apparently this is how Soap Box makes their money, no warnings or help just charge you $60 in cash. I feel very taken advantage of.

Too $&@/?! heavy! So it quit. She thought it was broke, I think her blanket was too water logged and too heavy. I'm off today so I said Id bring it to the laundromat and wash it amd dry it for her. Hit up my yelp app and the laundromat was very close! Tally ho lets goooo! Lots of available heavy duty washers and dryers. 22 coins for the medium size washer... $5.50 for 23 minutes cycle. Put the soaked blanket in the front load washer, popped in the change and the cycle started. Still lots of soap in the blanket so didn't add detergent. Cycle is almost don... 20 minutes is quick. The dryer is $1 for 25 minutes... so probably 50 minutes to dry... $2 . The facility it dated but has all the necessities, sodas for a $1!!! , soaps and stuff, change machine and a restroom. Im pretty simple and the best lace feels safe so yes, I'd come here again. Majority of the customers were middle aged women. There is a hair salon next door. Just sayin... So Im hearing a lot of barking next door and it's a salon for dogs! So dry your laundry amd get your dogs hair did.

The hunt for a decent Laundromat near my place landed me here…read more It includes everything you would need and expect in a Laundromat however packs a hefty price in comparison to other locations I have used in the past. 6.25 to wash but the washers are huge all in all it did cost me a cool 20.00 bucks to do 2 loads of laundry one in which was towels. They lost a star for state of the bathroom. No hand towels and it was pretty dirty and lack of parking. Just a suggestion to the owner: Maybe invest in piping music or instal a TV. There is a nice Laundromat in Rose Park that is sparkly clean and also has a TV to watch. I might take my laundry with me on the days I commute downtown just to go there instead. Just an idea from a customer.
