We waited until 11:15am and no one had shown or contacted us. We called and we're on hold for over and hour. Around 12:30 we got an answer and they said they'd have the technician call us. 3:10 I called back and just now got off hold and am talking to someone. That didn't work so they transferred me to a different department. The lady on the phone isn't being helpful what so ever. We told her the situation and she asked if we wanted to reschedule a new appointment? No! We paid and have been waiting over a week for this appointment. She responses with "well what would you like me to do?" When we told her "we want someone to come to our house today and install our internet." She said "ok" and put us on hold. It's not 3:52 and I'm still on hold. Customer service SUCKS!
