UPDATE - August 29, 2026…read more Unfortunately, I am updating my review again and changing my rating to 2 stars. At this point, I will not be changing my rating again. I initially had concerns with the workmanship of the gate and difficulty getting those concerns addressed. After Logan advised that the gate would be corrected, I gave the company the opportunity to make things right and even updated my review positively because I believed the issues had been resolved. Unfortunately, that update was premature. On Tuesday, August 25, after multiple attempts to reach Logan, someone came to the property and shaved down the bottom of the gate so that it no longer drags the ground. The latch was also adjusted and no longer sticks. I appreciate that those two issues were corrected. However, there are still workmanship and safety concerns that have not been resolved. The boards on the gate are not uniform, there are abnormal and uneven gaps, and there are exposed/protruding fasteners in areas of the gate that people may come into contact with during normal use. This creates an unnecessary safety concern, particularly because this is not my primary residence and guests will be staying at the property. I have included photos showing the current condition of the gate. What has been most frustrating throughout this process is the amount of effort required simply to get the company to address problems with its own work. I paid the agreed-upon amount without Logan having to chase me down for payment. I should not have to repeatedly call, follow up, or resort to calling from another phone number just to get a response about workmanship issues on a fence that has only been installed a little over 30 days. I was told that the fence came with a lifetime warranty, which was one of the assurances provided when I hired this company. However, a lifetime warranty provides little reassurance when it is this difficult to get someone to respond and stand behind the work shortly after installation. I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect a newly installed fence and gate to be completed properly. I also should not have to continue going back and forth over the same job or pay another contractor to correct work that I already paid to have done correctly. I truly wish I had followed my initial instinct and chosen another contractor. I gave this company multiple opportunities to address my concerns and even changed my review when I believed things had been made right. Unfortunately, based on the continuing workmanship issues and the difficulty I have experienced getting them addressed, I can no longer recommend this company with confidence.

Jeremy came out to speak to my husband and I, check out the home, hear out our concerns, and understand our needs. He immediately came up with a game plan to tackle our issues and saved us a ton. (We had previously paid Gunn Electric to come out to do the same. They charged us $400 to come out and look around, promised to come right back to do the work and never did.) Jeremy and Brian Electric were extremely professional, kept in contact with us throughout the process, and when they hit difficulties and problems, came up with alternate solutions, got the job done when they said and Stuck to the price they said even though it meant after supplies and labor the would only break even. We will definitely use them for our other electric needs as they arise and would recommend them to anyone. Calling the company, Jeremy coming out to our home, the crew they sent: All great! Shortly after this purchase she was talked into getting new wiring done on the house for a significant amount of $9000 dollars to put in new wiring in which she didn't need. My mother in law is past 70 years old and on a low fixed income. It's really bad to sell elderly people things they don't need just to make a profit, a huge profit at that. Our family is not happy with AxsomAir in Natchitoches to talk her into making such huge purchases.

My elderly and disabled mother had a toilet that was running, leaking, etc. The gentlemen at AxsomAir were absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time. In this age where companies and employees seem to be believe they are doing you a favor by letting you hire them, AxsomAir and their staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and accomodating. I highly recommend them for any A/C work you have (they replaced her A/C compressor last year) as well as any other services they provide, like plumbing.
