The staff feels like friends/ family, the workouts are always challenging, and the members are the most accepting and welcoming group of people. Here you are supported not only by the staff but also the members to reach your goals. There is not a day that I don't leave drenched in sweat and with a huge smile on my face. If you don't want to get bored, you want to look and feel better, and need some stress relief, this is the gym for you!

Don't expect a refund and realize it is very difficult and costly to get out of a membership. This place draws you in on the 6 Week Challenge but it is all a money scam. The staff push the membership instead and offer you a flash drive with meal suggestions which they consider the nutritional offering. Maybe if you hesitate enough, they may even throw in a pair of gloves. But you pay for them too because you can't easily get your membership cancelled. The staff "forget" to cancel your membership or there is a paperwork error only to realize you are continuously being charged. I had to call my credit card company and tell them to block this charge in order to get it to stop. This was only after being charged an additional $200 "early cancellation fee." The whole thing is a money scam. I met very few people who were regular members and stuck with the exercise plan. In fact I witnessed health crises where people had to break from the class to rest or actually leave the facility only to be called out by the staff and humiliated for taking care of their own health. There is no acknowledgement of fitness and out of shape people are brought into rigorous classes with no regard for health and conditioning. It's a scary health situation that is a disaster in the making. I recommended the staff create leveled classes. For example, beginner to learn the fundamentals, middle to push the exercise, and advanced for the full out program. I was told this is not the place for that and if people couldn't keep up they shouldn't join. But clearly many out of shape people looking for a chance to get back into exercise are signed up with no regard for health and ability to keep up. There is a heart attack waiting at the door of this place. It is not worth it especially because there are many well respected and caring trainers available to work with people for far less the cost than this place. Think before you sign.

Their assistants Debbie and Nicholas are also great and will constantly push you and give sound advice. There is a friendly family atmosphere for the most part, but these guys know when to get serious, command respect from all students, and push the physical limits of the class. Like Kristen B. noted, the first class is free for any martial art you want to try out, and you can try them all. For newbies, there's a pretty mixed crowd in the beginner and intermediate Muay Thai classes. I'd say about 35-40% of the class is female, and the age spread is very wide from age 10 to people in their 40s. Many of the advanced and intermediate level students go to the beginner classes to brush up on their basics, and it gives the new students some experienced partners to help them progress. Most of all, EVERYONE is just really chill. If there's anything that might need improvement, the gym itself could use a water fountain and an interior refresh here and there. At least they sell cold beverages and bottled water for relatively cheap. Other than that, it's a pretty good size gym with a full-size ring, weight-training area, a big class mat area, and a heavybag area. You can also order your equipment through them. Test yourself and feed that inner beast. It's great fun and being with good people makes it even more worthwhile!

I've been training with Bill since last summer and as I look back to where I was, I'm so grateful for the support and encouragement. The classes are awesome and the gym is always fresh and clean. My favorite classes are indoor cycling and boot camp. I try and make those as often as I can and if I don't, I'd expect a call from Bill because he genuinely cares. Health and fitness is a key part of life, working with Bill has taught me that. If you're ready, I'd highly recommend TTS to get you where you want to be! If you're reading this, hope to see you there!

I've lost 32 lbs. so far and I feel better than I have in a long time. I have always been bad at working out on my own. I over-analyze whatI'm going to do at the gym and then I end up doing nothing. At TTS, I show up for the classes do what I'm told for an hour and move on with my day. I don't like the spin cycle, but I like what it's done for me. I don't love cardio kickboxing but it's a good full-body workout that you can do regardless of what shape you'rein. You don't have to be in shape when you start. Like many things in life showing up is half of the work. When you're there focus on the results you're working towards and the reasons you're doing it. Improving your health is not selfish, it benefits everyone around you. Bill also offers personal training for those who prefer it. Some people go to the classes and use the gym's equipment on their own but I'm not there yet. Message me if you want more details on my experience.
