My friends and I signed for a beginners women's self defense class. It runs for 8 weeks on Thursday's. They did move locations in January and some of the gps platforms have not updated their address yet. Make sure to grab their address from their welcome email. Two women teach the class and they are very informative. They also have multiple Bobs where you perform the moves on. The instructors help you walk through each movement. We learned a lot on Day 1 and I'm excited for what's to come. read more

The school is clean. The owner is fair. Prices are reasonable for similar schools in the area.

Looking for a place to learn self defense, WARRIORS EDGE IS THE PLACE. It's a martial art suited for anyone. Aiki Ninjutsu teaches its students to use the momentum of the attacker to one's advantage. I joined Warrior's Edge to learn self defense and also to provide a cardio workout. Starting out as a white belt can seem overwhelming training with higher belt levels, but not at Warrior's Edge. It's a great bunch of people that are eager to help you progress. Any doubts, sign up for a free class and you'll be hooked. read more

My 14 year old daughter absolutely loves it here. I have Seen such a positive change in her since she started classes. Instructors are encouraging, professional, positive and fair. I am So impressed with all she is learning about life as well! One of the best decisions we've made for her! read more

My name is Lee. I've been training at the Warrior's Edge Martial Arts school since it opened. I have more than 20 years of martial arts experience, and I've practiced karate, aikido, MMA, and Shaolin Long Fist. I have never had better instruction than what I get from Mr. Eichenberg. Self-defense has always been a priority to me in my martial arts journey, and the art of Aikininjutsu is taught in a way to instill martial principles to be used in a variety of situations with techniques and skills being repeatedly tested under increasingly challenging situations to maintain reliability and validity. I have also met some of the greatest friends I've ever had in my life through this school, so if you are looking to be active, learn reliable self-defense schools, and meet the kindest and most genuine people with a vested interest in your success, then I look forward to meeting you. read more

My six year old daughter and her friend have been taking classes here for about four months and they really enjoy it. The teachers are great with the kids and this was on display when we had a sixth birthday party here. It was a great change from the usual birthday party places and they were great with the kids. I loved seeing the ten girls and two boys really into it and participating giat a martial arts birthday party. read more

I took the self defense class for women here with a group of my friends and it was hands down a fun, empowering, and learning experience. The class not only teaches you the moves but helps you fend against specific attacks, and makes you overall more aware. Also, no matter your level of physical capability- you can do this! The teachers are both sensitive and flexible with your needs, yet firm in preparing you for (God forbid!) any dangerous encounters you'll have in real life. Don't worry about signing up for the class by yourself, you get to team up and practice with staff and students alike who are always friendly and encouraging. read more

First things first! Please do not talk yourself out of starting martial arts training. A few years ago I had thought about starting martial arts, but there were a few worries that prevented me from doing so. I hope that this review will help others decide to start their own journey in martial arts at Warrior's Edge! One, I am a woman. My preconceived notion of martial arts is that it is for men. It isn't. It's for everyone. Part of the reason I choose Warrior's Edge is that they had an 8-week women-only, taught by women self-defense class. It was awesome. It got my foot in the door and gave me the confidence I needed to feel comfortable in a co-ed environment. The best part, I would hazard to say that at least a third, if not half, of the adults in the entry level co-ed class are women (or young ladies)! Two, I am out of school. My second preconceived notion of a martial arts school is that it is a lot of young grade school and high school students breaking slabs of wood, and kicking targets. Warrior's Edge is not only that! There is a welcoming environment that has a huge student base of adults learning martial arts for the first time. No need to feel self-conscious if you are out of school and older. (They have kid classes too, though!) Three, I was not in very good shape. Some martial arts have pictures of super buff individuals training, and that can be a deterrent to those that are not. When I went into the co-ed classes, there were some drills that would leave me with a *slight* shortness of breath but it was easily overcome within a week or two and I am better for it. Don't let any self-doubt about your physical well-being hold you back from signing up. If you can do a quick power-walk around the block, there is no reason you can't get started doing martial arts. Almost as soon as I started at Warrior's Edge, none of the things above bothered me anymore. In short, I love it. I wish I had signed up years ago. Warrior's Edge provides the training individuals need to feel confident in their ability to defend themselves and their loved ones. It has top-notch instructors, a welcoming and encouraging student body, great flexibility in schedule, a clean school, and plenty of extras in the way of seminars, workshops and a yearly retreat. If you are looking for somewhere to study a practical self-defense martial arts, this is it. read more

I am currently finishing the self defense class for women. It's awesome! The instructors are amazing women. From the very beginning they help you feel more empowered mind and body. I had traumatic experiences in my life and this class has helped me feel more in control. They teach you how to defend yourself in a variety of different situations. Realistic and possible ways to defend yourself against an attacker. It's a class all women should take. You won't regret it. read more

I am absolutely in love with Warrior's Edge! My 10-year-old son started here six months ago and the transformation I've seen in him is fantastic! My son is a tall, slightly gawky, quiet and shy kid, but he's always been a martial arts admirer. My wife and I believed that getting him involved in martial arts would boost his confidence and provide a feeling of accomplishment and mastery. We enrolled him at Warrior's Edge in March and it's been a wonderful fit for him. The reviewer who said "Warrior's Edge maintains a culture of respect, safety, non-competitiveness, camaraderie, and enthusiasm for learning and progress" was 100% correct. Everyone there learns about the traditions of Aiki Ninjitsu - taking time to learn the Japanese and English names for techniques, positions, stances and attacks. The instructors and higher-level students are always supportive, willing to give advice and help, and truly seem to be happy to see younger and newer members progress in the art. That's encouraging. As for my son, he recently passed his test to receive his yellow belt and the sense of accomplishment he has now is incredible. His teachers have remarked on his improved confidence in the classroom, and he's taken an interest in Japanese culture as well as in his new martial art. He looks forward to going to class, and we look forward to a long relationship with Warrior's Edge. read more

My 8-yr old daughter started going here about a year ago when we moved to Naperville. She's been in dance, tumbling, you know, the normal girly stuff. I never figured on marshall arts as no one in our family ever did anything like this. The environment is focused on learning and building confidence in yourself. They are great with kids and very patient in teaching. I like seeing kids mixed in with adults - both working toward the same goals in all levels. I'm happy to say, my daughter tested yesterday and earned her yellow belt. This is quite an accomplishment once you learn what goes into it. This is just the beginning for her. read more

I've been searching for a martial arts place like this for years. A place that teaches practical, effective self-defense. A place that encourages integrity, discipline, nonviolence, and respect for yourself and others. The owners are extremely involved - teaching most of the classes. The students are friendly, welcoming and also very helpful. Everyone wants each other to succeed. They don't just give out belts here. You have to earn them - once you go through this training, you will have the skills and confidence to help protect yourself and others. I highly recommend giving Warrior's Edge a try. read more

I was looking for a martial arts for my 4 year old son to start practicing and we came across Warrior's Edge. He tried the 6 week program to start and absolutely loved it! The teachers work so well with the children. Thwy teach them to focus, discipline and the importance of respect. I enjoyed watching my son's class so much I decided to to join as well. I really like the fact that this martial art focuses on self defense. They offer an array of extra classes which I have throughly enjoyed taken part in. My favorite aspect, by far, is that Warrior's Edge is more than just a dojo, it's a family. Everyone is always there to help, constantly encouraging, and pushing you to be the best person you can be. There is no where else I would rather spend my nights and weekends than with my Warrior's Edge family! read more

I am just seeing this recent review from another parent and I have to say that, although I can understand his frustration that his son wasn't advancing the way he expected, the whole idea of real martial arts training is to advance when the student is ready. Getting a black belt isn't about how long you've been training or even how much you know; it encompasses so much more. If he hasn't advanced it's because they don't feel he's quite ready. I would rather see my child wait & help him work to perfect his techniques so that he is completely ready to ace that test. The alternative is letting them take the test before they're ready & watching them fail. As far as I'm concerned, the mark of a great dojo & master is that they don't push students to advance before they have earned it. That earns them money but does nothing to really help their students. My son has been a part of this dojo for years & I cannot imagine them making a promise of a specific date for advancement...it happens when it happens, with hard work, dedication & patience, on the part of the student AND the parents. These people are fantastic at what they do, I hope that one disillusioned parent with unrealistic expectations doesn't discourage people from giving themselves or their children the opportunity to train with the best. read more

This is an excellent school, and the martial art they teach, aikininjitsu, strikes a nice balance between modern practicality and historic traditions. There is a faithfulness to Japanese culture and history, but also a healthy willingness to examine how historical context shaped the traditional techniques and to reinterpret and adapt them to modern, realistic circumstances. As a school, Warrior's Edge maintains a culture of respect, safety, non-competitiveness, camaraderie, and enthusiasm for learning and progress. The curriculum is extremely systematic, and strongly emphasizes a sequential and methodical accumulation of knowledge. There is a lot of memorization and terminology, which can be frustrating, but it seems well conceived for establishing the foundation needed at higher levels. The techniques and principles are broken down and grouped so that every student always has just a few to focus on at their level, which makes learning the vast body of knowledge less intimidating and more manageable. I really like how the same set of 16 fundamental techniques form the foundation, and while everyone learns them from the beginning, they are refined and fine tuned at all levels. I am also very impressed with how some extremely important but elusive martial arts concepts (related to positioning, distancing, timing, and strategy) have been named, systematized, and made understandable. The diversity of lineages is both a strength and a challenge for the dojo. It is a strength because of the versatility it provides - i often think of aikininjitsu as a "swiss-army knife" of martial arts, perhaps not the best tool for any specific task, but extremely helpful in a wide variety of situations and perhaps the best single tool to carry at all times. The diversity also allows for some freedom of expression, as there are always multiple ways to handle a situation. However, the diversity is also a challenge because at times the curriculum seems overly complex and even confused - somewhat like the overly fat swiss-army knives with too many tools making them hard to use or even to carry. There is a tendency in class to rush - to press on from one technique to another - rather than to stay with one technique (perhaps with new partners) long enough to actually get substantially better at it. On the other hand, the approach seems to work. I have observed many students develop really impressive levels of competence and maturity. Overall, I have been consistently impressed with this dojo and the quality of instruction. The instructors and senior students show real dedication and commitment to the students, and genuine interest in helping students think about how to apply the principles they learn on the mat to their daily lives. I highly recommend this school. read more

Michael and Michelle run a truly fantastic dojo. We have brought our children here for many years (starting at 4 for our boy and 7 for our girl) and have been consistently impressed with the self discipline they provide to our children, positive messages of respect for those who help you progress and self discipline are always appreciated. Additionally, the exercise, movement, and coordination drills are fast paced, fun, and relevant to the kids growth. They truly care about the kids, offer a strict, yet very clear and supportive environment and have great classes at many levels as the kids progress. I have also been very impressed at the supportiveness of the black belts. They take time to support the younger students and be role models. There are no egos in this place. Just a great group of folks who are looking for great lessons and guidance on how to improve themselves. read more

Prior to joining Warriors Edge in January, I had trained in another martial art many years ago. Fast forward after 38 years of not training and being 56 years old, I found myself wanting to find another school that offered a more complete style that would fit with my current interests and a slightly older body. I researched many schools located within the Chicago Western Suburbs and zeroed in on only a few that seemed to meet my initial criteria for consideration. Warriors Edge is run by Michael Eichenburg, who is the head instructor of the school, and his wife Michelle. Both are exceptionally knowledgeable in the martial arts as well as being very friendly and approachable. I first visited the dojo on a Saturday morning at a very busy time. Michael took the time to greet me (as he does with any visitor) and to discuss both my background and what I was looking for within the martial arts. He provided me with a detailed explanation of the Aiki Ninjutsu and Aikido classes that are offered along with an excellent summary of the training curriculum. After our initial discussion, I stayed to watch several classes to gain a feel for the school and the teaching methodology. I quickly found that this was a school that would meet all of the criteria that I had established for my new training quest. As a new student, I was introduced to the class by Mr.Eichenburg and was made to feel very welcome by other students and instructors before, during and after the class. I find the training environment to be extremely friendly with everyone willing to help each other. While the training is taken very seriously by all students and instructors, this is clearly a school where both the instructors and the students are having fun and enjoying themselves while training. Nobody is made to feel embarrassed by the inevitable mistakes that are made by everyone while training or the inability to immediately grasp a technique. The instructors are excellent at breaking down each technique to very basic fundamental levels in a step by step progression. Everyone is treated as an equal and all are cooperative in helping one another to progress. The training style itself utilizes centuries old lineages of martial arts techniques with a focus on how they correlate to modern day living and how they can be utilized in defending oneself. I'll share with you some of the criteria that I used to evaluate a potential school as follows: First, the level of technical instruction is very high. When first starting, one is assigned a coach who provides one on one guidance within a class. This approach is very helpful to a new student in navigating both the techniques and terminology. I believe that the most important thing one should look for in a martial art school is the quality of instruction. A martial art that may be worth pursuing may also be a poor choice if the quality of instruction is inferior. All instructors attend to individual students in working through the correct execution of techniques and plenty of feedback is provided. Those instructors that are teaching in addition to Michael Eichenburg are very capable senior instructors. Overall, this school has an outstanding teaching capability. Second, the general atmosphere of the school is highly positive and extremely friendly. All students are treated equally and I personally have enjoyed befriending my colleagues of all ages in the school. This is another important aspect in gauging the atmosphere of a school. Third, the level of respect shown between students and instructors is high. Think of a friendly collegial environment and this is what is presented. While the training is serious, there is also a lighthearted and respectful atmosphere that is highly valued by all. Fourth, the dojo is very clean and it smells good which also contributes to creating an environment that is highly conducive to training and learning. This is not something to be taken for granted if one has ever trained in an environment where one's nose has immediately alerted you that something is wrong. Lastly, the path to progression is presented clearly and concisely. There is no ambiguity as to what is required for a student to progress to the next level. All of the help required for a student to progress to the next level is readily available. I highly recommend this school to anyone considering the pursuit of a martial art. If this is the position that you find yourself in, do yourself a favor and stop by for a visit. Meet with Michael and discuss your interest with him. Speak with the other instructors and the students as well. You'll be glad you took my advice as part of your due diligence and I'll likely see you in the dojo soon! read more

I can honestly say that this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dojo. I would strongly recommend that you think twice before signing up at this location. At first, my son was learning a lot and progressing nicely. Like others he was gaining skills and confidence. Soon, for whatever reason, that slowed down. Back in October of 2013 I brought this to the dojo's attention and he emphatically stated that my son could get his black belt by February or March of 2014. Well, my son did everything he was supposed to and that day came and went. I brought this up with the dojo and he stated that he would have someone work with him regularly to make sure that he would get his black belt by the end of summer. Well that came and went as well. Again I brought this up to his attention as others that started at the same time as him had long since gotten black belts. He assured me that my son would definitely get his black belt before another person "do to level of immaturity" of that other person. Yet, much to my surprise, a couple of months later I walk in to find out that my son still does not have a black belt and the other person does. So I just have one question. Is he just a liar that will do or say anything to make a buck? Or is he just totally incompetent as part of the responsibility for making sure people advance rests with him? In either case my son (and myself) have been lied to and jerked around. I expect better from any dojo which is why I ask you to stay away from this one. read more

So something weird is going on here @ Yelp ... my post and rating for this dojo appear on my phone's app but they go missing when I use my laptop. So here I go again ... forgive the redundancy (if any) but I want to ensure my experiences are made known ... We moved to Naperville from Los Angeles Jul 2015 and began looking for a school so that our son could continue his martial arts training. He is a 10 year old and had received his junior black belt in TKD awarded by World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Initially we tried to find a TKD school here but non were suitable. He also wanted to try another martial arts form and we eventually gave Warriors Edge a try. He was assigned a junior instructor during his try out lesson and the positive experience put him at ease. Subsequent to signing him up - I saw that the lessons are well-structured and sequenced. Each skill/drill builds on the previous and students must demonstrate proficiency before being awarded a stripe. To be promoted to the next belt - a certain number of stripes must be earned (eg white to yellow - 8 stripes + belt test). Training and assessment are rigorous and students have to work hard. Beyond the training, students are required to demonstrate discipline during class and be attentive. I found this to be important for our son (typo in the other post!) as without discipline - no learning takes place. Students are also given handbook and DVDs so that they can practice at home. In fall students can attend a ninjutsu camp - where they put all learning into practice at the campsite - live exercises. All in all an excellent place and encouraging environment for my son to learn a new fighting form. Master Eichenberg and his fellow instructors are committed to help everyone learn and we are considering sending our second son who has special needs to the junior class (Ninja Rangers!) too. read more

Two of our children have been training here for a few years. They started with the Ninja Rangers ( under 8 years old) and have progressed to regular Aiki Ninjutsu class. Mr. and Mrs. Eichenberg and their teachers have been wonderful. Ninja Rangers was a great age appropriate class that introduced basic Aikido techniques, a lot of fun, but also the core philosophies of self improvement, hard work and respect for your teachers and others around you. Our children really enjoyed it and my wife and I were thankful for the positive influence and impact they had with our children As our children graduated to the Aiki Ninjutsu class they transitioned to a more serious, disciplined set of training that will serve them well for the rest of their lives. The class is an interesting mix of older children and adults, but all are treated with equal respect and encouragement to improve and grow. I am impressed with the blend of traditional training and practical life applications, be it dealing with bullies, how to stay calm in tense situations, which I'm sure stem from Mr. Eichenberg's distinctive combination of martial arts, military and professional security training. They have built a wonderful community of students and teachers, who share a passion for Aiki Ninjutsu and one another. I wholeheartedly recommend others to check them out, whatever your age or starting point. read more

I started taking classes at the warriors edge about two months ago and I love it. This is not some watered down or Americanized version of a martial art this place teaches the real thing these are straight up self defense classes. If you advance to a new belt level at this place it is because you earned it and have a full understanding of what you are doing, they dont just hand belts out to everyone because you have been there for a certain amount of time. All of the instructors are really helpful and have years of experience, I honestly can't imagine taking a martial arts class anywhere else, if you are considering a martial art then this is the place to go. read more

I've only been attending Warrior's Edge for about 5 weeks, but so far it's been great. The place is very welcoming to new students and the senior instructors are paired with new members for the first couple of classes to get them comfortable. I think the owner, Mr. Eichenberg is a top notch instructor. Classes are extremely effective, but I feel like he is invested in the learning of his students. I've attended other Martial Arts schools and I felt like the instructors took themselves a bit too seriously. I don't get that here. He is effective, but does toss in the occasional joke here and there. It's a good atmosphere. The art itself, is unique. It's fascinating from a historic perspective (if you're into that) as it combines Aikido (think Samurai) and Ninjutsu (Ninja). From day 1, you learn some fairly advanced techniques that are practical for self defense. I would highly recommend this school to new students or practioners of other martial arts. It feels like a top notch program. read more

My family and I have only been attending for three months, but we can't say enough positive things about this school. A few months ago, after three plus years at a different school, my family and I were looking for a new place to learn martial arts. We did some research, asked friends for recommendations, and took several places up on the free trial classes most schools will offer first time visitors. Our hope was that we could find a school that would jump out at us as the place to join. Warriors Edge did just that. After a few months, we couldn't be happier with our decision. Not only is the instruction high quality and practical, but just as important, the senior students in the school show a genuine interest in the learning of the less advanced students- a comradery unlike anywhere I have seen. The saying, "it takes a village..." is true in martial arts as well. One bad interaction from senior students or instructors can turn people away or discourage learning. I've never seen so many senior students promote the education of the martial arts as you will find here. When you know your basic questions will be answered with enthusiasm towards your learning by any owner, instructor, or senior student, it gives my three children, my wife, and I, the confidence and desire to continue to attend and progress on our journey. My wife is also enrolled and attends the Warrior Women class here. She enjoys the atmosphere in which it is taught and how it is specifically designed for women. As it relates to people with kids and the busy schedules everyone keeps, the classes are offered enough times throughout the week. While we don't always make the same days and times, we generally attend two classes per week. That flexibility is important to us and likely anyone who has kids with multiple interests/activities. I would say if you are reading a review on this school, do yourself a favor and go in for your free trial class. If you don't absolutely love it, I would be very surprised. read more

Warrior's Edge Martial Arts should be everyone's number one choice for a martial arts school. Mr. Eichenberg is a top notch teacher who has helped me and many more develop actual skill in martial arts. Warrior's Edge Martial Arts is not another "black belt factory". All students are put through rigorous testing and must demonstrate actual skill in order to proceed through the ranks. If someone does not have the required skill or knowledge at the time of testing then the black belt staff works with that individual to meet whatever needs that person has in order to be the best martial artist that person can be. Warrior's Edge Martial Arts changed who I am as a person. It gave me the ability to truly take control of my own life and gave me the confidence needed to perform my role as an Adult Protective Service Investigator. My fears and anxieties no longer dictate my actions; I do. I've always been interested in the Martial Arts. I took a martial arts class in college and loved it. Unfortunately, I've been searching for a place that I could believe in ever since that I felt was worth the time, money and effort. When I found the Warrior's Edge, everything clicked. It was like nothing that I have ever experienced. The teachers were great, the lessons were empowering and I knew right away that this was the place for me. It was like joining a family. Everyone was (and is) so outgoing and helpful, the dojo feels like a 2nd home. There is a welcoming feeling as you enter. The lessons are down to earth and relative to things that might happen and the goals that are set are attainable for people of all ages. The kids have fun, the teens and adults learn and invest their time and energy in the dojo's belief system while they learn self defense techniques and better themselves on multiple personal levels. They offer private lessons, workshops and retreats as well! This place literally has everything you can ever want out of a martial arts studio. I promise that you will NOT be disappointed. read more

At this point I'm getting closer to my goal of making orange belt in another month, which for me, is HUGE, since I just started this at age 45!! I also love that this is a traditional dojo, and not one that is "tournament driven". You can learn on your own terms, and if there's something you're having a difficult time learning, you will find someone willing to help you out! When I first started training at Warriors Edge I was really only doing so because my husband wanted our family to learn self defense. My husband had taken other forms of martial arts before but really did his research when he was looking for one for all of us to take. I had never taken any form of martial arts before and thought it was going to be your typical movie style Dojo. One were they yell at you, push you, try to change you into what they want you to be. Aiki Ninjutsu at Warriors Edge is amazing! Nothing like I was expecting but so much more. Everyone there is helpful, understanding, respectful, encouraging, and accepts you for who you are. Classes are fun and empowering, I can't wait to attend class and miss it when I'm not able to be there. I really enjoy learning everything Mr. Eichenberg has to offer. Anyone can do this, the diversity of students is incredible. Ninja Rangers is a wonderful group of 4-7 year old children who are all so eager to learn,my 5 year old loves it! Honestly, this is so much more than a fantastic martial arts place. I can't even describe how much my life has changed since deciding to try it out. The instructors are amazing and some of the kindest people I have ever met, they are also willing to help you through anything you don't understand. The actual martial art they teach, as well, is one of the best, most empowering and actually applicable ones out there. It is impossible not to transform your entire life studying here; I have found so much confidence, inner strength and peace of mind within just the year I have been studying here and I know I am developing real fighting abilities as well. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to study at this dojo and to have formed all the subsequent relationships. Everyone should at least take a free trial class because it was seriously one of the best decisions of my life. read more

I have been at the dojo for over a year and I have learned a ton. It is a friendly atmosphere that makes it fun to learn a new skill.

I have been to other dojos and studied different Martial Arts, but none of them prepared me to protect myself in a real life situation. All Martial Arts teach you conditioning and discipline, but I was looking for something more than trophies and Katas. I found it here at Warriors Edge. Not only is Warriors Edge a friendly, helpful environment, (no egos to contend with!) but the Art itself teaches real life self defense. It is Aiki-Ninjutsu; a combination of Samurai and Ninja studies that have passed down from family to family. Not only do you learn the historical traditions and techniques of ancient Japan, you learn the modern applications that will help protect you and your loved ones. These techniques can be used by young, old, men or women who want to empower themselves physically and mentally. The teachers are very knowledgable and want to help you succeed. I am a woman, wife and mother, and having studied this Art I feel confident in protecting myself and my loved ones in dangerous situations; not only in defense, but in stopping and preventing them. If you are looking for a place that is professional and knowledgable, has a friendly staff and fun environment, and will empower you, then look no further than Warriors Edge. read more

My husband is meticulous in everything he does and so was the case when he began researching martial arts studios. He met with the owners of many other dojos in our area before deciding on the perfect place...Warriors Edge. He began his journey a few years ago and has been very happy. Since then my son and daughter have also joined both having positive experiences. I began with the Warrior Women self-defense course taught by Mrs. Eichenberg and other women who earned their black belts. The class is not only practical and informative but also fun! In addition, it makes for an easy transition to regular classes at the dojo. I have been training for over a year now and am learning more than I ever thought, not only about the art but about myself. I am thankful for this experience, my teachers Mr. and Mrs. Eichenberg and all my training partners who have encouraged and pushed me to be better than the last time. Anyone with an interest in martial arts should not hesitate in joining Warriors Edge, you will not find a more professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and skillful group of people to help you achieve your goals! read more

My son & I took Karate classes for 2 years, but never felt that we could defend ourselves in a real-life situation. We both started training at Warrior's Edge Martial Arts back in November 2010. From the very first lesson, we were hooked. Warrior's Edge Martial Arts has helped my son to develop self-confidence and discipline. Every week he looks forward to attending class and is eager for more. For myself, I find that being part of this organization has been very challenging & rewarding at the same time. All the instructors are great to work with & very supportive. I appreciate the fact that Warrior's Edge Martial Arts holds true to the ancient traditions, yet relates all the techniques to modern day practical use. This is more than just a martial arts school. Sensei Eichenberg has built a great place not only to learn martial arts, but to also learn life lessons. I highly recommend Warrior's Edge Martial Arts for anyone who is serious about martial arts and developing themselves personally. read more
