Adam has a great group on kids in his Monday class and his patience with them is remarkable. He expects success from these kids and encourages them to be the best they can be! TBK has been more more than just teaching my son karate. The owners of TBK are amazing in their craft and their genuine care and interest in all their students progress by teaching them karate, values, helping out their parents at home, and giving back to the community. In one example, my son was having an off day. Master Helsdon approached my son and genuinely wanted to know what was wrong. He quickly gave him confidence and a pep talk and my son went back on out the mat and finished his training strong. I believe other organizations may not have done so. I have also noticed, the instructors do this with other students. In short, TKB staff care about all their students progression through their training. TBK staff motivate their students to be the best they can be. I would truly give TBK more stars, the 5 stars doesn't reflect how much TBK's staff, the owner's expertise and how all their students have learned from having TBK in the community. The community as a whole has benefited from TBK. The owners and the staff do local outreach to schools and the community as a whole. I have time and again been impressed with the staff and their skill set. I have time and again been thankful for TBK to be a part of our community. I have recommended them to family, friends and will continue to do so. My son has improved in his discipline, self confidence and his help around our house. One I like to know if first impressions are accurate, and two there were some staff changes that turned out to be great changes! We love this school. We found this place because my daughters friend had a birthday party here. She loved it right away. My husband and I were not as sure that it would be a good fit for her because she takes after me and has horrible coordination. We were amazed at not only how patient all of the instructors were and still are with her but how much her coordination has not stopped her from trying to succeed at all the steps being taught. I believe that is only because the instructors never criticize, they are alway up beat and positive. The instructors are all awesome and really try to help all the kids learn how to do each move correctly but still make it a fun atmosphere. I love that there is an area that parents can sit and watch the class not all s schools offer this. I enjoy seeing what is being taught and how she is progressing. This waiting area sometimes is a little crowded, but for the most point everyone is nice and quiet so the class is not distracted. If the kids in class do get distracted the instructors quickly get their attention back where it should be without missing a beat. We are thrilled to be able to bring our daughter here and hope to continue for years to come.

They did move locations in January and some of the gps platforms have not updated their address yet. Make sure to grab their address from their welcome email. Two women teach the class and they are very informative. They also have multiple Bobs where you perform the moves on. The instructors help you walk through each movement. We learned a lot on Day 1 and I'm excited for what's to come.
