I have been to thier location in Mississauga and the experience there was exceptional in every way....But this Hwy 7 location close to 427 hwy was a nightmare and I will never be coming back to this location ever again !!!! FOOD 2/5  let's start with the food prep the middle aged afro-American man making my sandwich was dropping pieces of smoked meat on the counter on the scale then putting it back in my sandwich ..then he only put on one glove yet he was touching my sandwich with his hand that had no glove.  The food was thrown into container so carelessly that the coleslaw container lid was not closed and all the juices spilled out and soaked into my  sandwich bread all wet and soggy. The meat portion was decent but I did not enjoy the sandwich on soggy bread and the coleslaw itself was horrible in taste possibly not fresh . The stinginess at this place is off the charts!!! I asked for a pepper instead of a pickle and I got neither with my sandwich ...at the other locations you always get a pickle or hot cherry pepper with your sandwich ...then I ask for some mustard and she gives me a small plastic cup with less then a half of a packet of mustard in it as shown in my picture with a boat load of attitude on top of it. I got no napkins and no fork or spoon to eat the coleslaw with I had to return inside restaurant and ask for one that's how stingy this restaurant is with their customers. SERVICE...0/5 Horiuble service , attitude !attitude!!From the moment I walked in, the white middle aged lady does not know what the word smile means and greeting your customers in a friendly manner...she seemed to have an issue and attitude with everything i ordered . Extremely rude . Unfriendly and had no clue what customer service means .. This was a classic book example 101 of what not to do or how to treat your paying customers .for a sandwich and a drink with nothing else it cost me $22 plus tax so I would expect much better service and quality in their food prep ....the owner should fire these workers and hire new people cause I surely wood .  Stay away from this location not recomended at all!!!

The onion rings were perfectly done, stayed crispy. The burger, though... oh, the burger... Montreal smoked meat on the burger, with caramelized mushrooms, peppers, the usual garnishes, and their special sauce... As I drove in I noticed the…read morebillboard which is currently advertising a Triple Meal Deal for $25.99 after 5:00 p.m. When I come in, there's nothing posted anywhere to give any details, which turn out to be a canned or bottled beverage and a bag of chips to go with a Classic sub. One of our three subs wasn't going to be a Classic, so I didn't bother with the deal. You only save about $0.96 and I didn't come in looking for the extras so in my case not really worth it. It would be nice to be able to see what you get without having to wait to place your order before you can ask, though. Turns out I should have just had the third sub be a Classic anyway. There's no Mediterranean Greek bread, no Mozza Cheddar bread, just white or whole wheat or multigrain. When you order a premium sub and can't get the bread choice you want in a sandwich shop, that's pretty lame, especially on a Saturday evening and it's still hours till close. It's even lamer when a Roast Beef and Cheddar sub has to come without the Cheddar because they don't have it, unless you want some blend of shredded cheese sprinkled on it. The red onion slices and toasty Mediterranean Bread with melted Cheddar cheese over hot beef sure made their billboard photo look good, but that is nowhere near what I ended up with. The tiny diced onion bits with the usual white Mozzarella sliced cheese on the bottom of a cold white bun is a far cry from what I was expecting. I did ask that the Roast Beef and Pizza subs be toasted in the panini press, but the top was barely touched and bottom just marked with black stripes on both of them, and the sandwiches practically freezing - the cheese not the least bit melted, the sauces and meats still cold. The Pizza sub also had to come on white bread, not that I wanted white bread, and when sauce that tastes like it comes from a Ragu jar is what's going on the sandwich, it really does need to be heated properly to get away with it. I had to nuke it three times at 30 seconds a pop at home before I could even begin to make myself eat it. At least my daughter was happy with her run of the mill Assorted (supposed to be cold, with white bread) but next time she will lose if she votes for Mr. Sub. I usually like to give an extra star for good service, and it wasn't bad, but even her diligence, competence and professionalism couldn't make up for the galactically gross grub that BF and I ended up with because the place can't stock basic ingredients and proper equipment. The poor girl was left to run the place on her own, so between delivery orders coming in on the iPad and the Saturday evening foot traffic, one star it stays. Not coming back again, noooope nope nope nope nope nope. BF's vote for Quizno's will win, yiiiiip yip yip yip yip yip.

But on the way to the washroom, I saw stacks of Cavendish boxes. So I don't think we really missed out on much. I'm a bit disappointed that a burger place like this would not make their own fries.
