The worst, I went in and asked if they had a restroom, they don't. I don't know how a food business can operate without a public restroom. Where are the customers suppose to wash their hands? I decided to order a sandwich to go, simple veggie, the veggies were horrible, wilted lettuce, unripe tomatoes, dried red onions. I said hey your lettuce is low and it's all wilted, do you have different lettuce? She mixed it with her hands and said the stuff on the bottom was better...that's a NOPE veggie sandwich. This business is so lacking in management and properly trained employees it's sad! Today, Saturday, May 29th we made the mistake of ordering from them again! On one sandwich two of the three ingredients were left out and on two others the guacamole and avocado, which we paid for were left out! When l called and requested to talk to a manager or shift supervisor they said they had none and wouldn't have any until the 2nd of June! This has, in my experience been a problem with this store for over 2 years and continues to get worse! What a crappy sandwich place! As I approached the entrance door, a paper note said "Cash only", and "No bills larger than $20" I asked why cash only, the young girl (18 years old maybe) said the debit card machine broke a few weeks ago and they haven't replaced it. To me this sounds like tax evasion, making everyone pay in cash, $20 bills or smaller, so there is no way to track the sales and report it to the IRS. I placed my order with the young girl, she did a good job making the sandwich and salad. The funny thing is that I asked for the sweet onion teriyaki chicken, she asked what sauce do I want on it?? I said, sweet onion teriyaki, she said "oh!" I paid cash, a $20 bill, the change (53 cents) back came in dimes and pennies, she didn't know how to count quarters (I saw them in the drawer). I got to my vehicle and realized she did not give me a fork for my salad, I had to go back in to ask for a fork and she said "My bad, sorry" and handed me a fork. Come on management!! Fix the debit card machine! And hire people who can do this easy job correctly and that can count. P.S., I hope someone from the IRS reads this! read more

I come here frequently as I work in the same complex as this subway. Usually, my experience is good, fast and friendly customer service. On 12/19/18 at 9:45am, I walked in and the restaraunt was empty. The girl was just getting off the phone as I approached the counter. She told me she'd be right with me as she put 2 postet pads on the counter in front of her. I noticed she was starting to prepar a couple of sandwiches. I said " I'm just getting some soup" as I was on my lunch break and only had 30 minutes. She told me there were 2 call ins in front of me and she'd be just a moment. ? I work in customer service, and I get taking orders as they come, but really? I was the only person in the restaraunt and am a regular on my lunch breaks. She obviously didn't have the common sense of handling a quick order to get the customer in front of her taken care of first. To be fair, the other girl that usually helps me in the mornings is super diligent. I always have my food in front of me in under 3 minutes. This time the girl was snarky and seemed like she didn't want to be there. And, the last time this girl helped me, she forgot to ring me up for $.35 on my order, and made me run my debit card for thirty five cents. I think from now on when I walk in to subway and see this girl behind the counter I'm just going to turn around. I lost 10 minutes of my lunch because of her lack of common sense. read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches online to be toasted, when I picked them up and took them home they we're not toasted and barley any veggies. I complained and all they said was I will let my employees know to do a better job. Fast forward 2 weeks and my daughter wants nothing else but a subway sandwich so I find an online coupon for a $5.99 footlong so I present it to the lady working there and she says they don't take coupons at this location so I ask to speak to a manager an she says they are both on vacation. We will never go to this specific restaurant again!!! Even their Manager cannot ring up an order right. She did not pay attention to ring up the sandwhiches ordered and over charged us big time! When I immediately called to address it while it was a recent transaction done within 5 minutes she was not willing to make it right! Today when I walked in the gentleman in front of me had just ordered 15 foot long sandwiches. I was absolutely impressed with the efficiency that the three girls working got that order finished. Ashley, Kelly, and I didn't get the 3rd girls name (long red hair, newer employee) It was amazing to watch, they worked together like a well oiled machine, with the kind of team work I'm sure a lot of other managers dream about. I eat there pretty frequently and I am always satisfied. The whole crew is wonderful, they greet you by name and are always cheerful and seem like they really enjoy working there. I have never been disappointed. And on a side note, they have one of the cleanest (public/for customers) bathrooms around. read more

This salad was the most disgusting salad I have ever eaten. The vegetables were large and tasted old. The meat was not chopped and was majority gristle. I asked the lady if she could mix the salad but unfortunately my simple request was deemed to much for her as she said subway doesn't do that anymore. I give this Subway 5 stars because of the service I received from Taylor! She sincerely cared about my food allergy (onion) and made my sub separate from all of the other veggies because she knew that all the veggies where cross contaminated. This is the first and ONLY Subway where one of the workers actually cared-including the person I talked to from corporate office when I did get an onion on my sandwich and had a reaction (my throat closes). This is standard Subway fare, but the management is bizarre. The constantly changing staff of young mainly tattooed women seem afraid of their own shadows. Last night after ordering, I was told all the tables were "closed." No reason, not near closing time. It was made clear that I could not sit down and eat the food I had paid for....so I was reduced to sitting on the curb in front of the store among the homeless people who congregate there. The girls are friendly and know their customers well. They seem to be a bit introverted when the manager is on site. When a customer orders extra condiments the manager will watch with close eyes and scowl when she thinks you have been given more than you should have, She will chastise her employees in front of customers and make the customers feel genuinely unwelcome. I will pass by rather than go in when the small grey haired manager is in the store. If the manager is not there then go get a good sandwich from a friendly bunch of people, if the manager is there then I say go somewhere where they will make you feel welcome. read more

I came into the Subway on my way through town...a frequent trip through this town is common to me. I asked for a turkey sandwich that was the "special price" of the day. I asked for only one change in the stated contents...and that change was to NOT INCLUDE the pork in my sandwich because eating pork is against my religious beliefs. I was told that I could NOT get the SPECIAL price if I didn't have the pork included in my sandwich. There was only one person (customer) besides the one young, female employee there. I asked to speak to the manager since I was NOT asking for more on my sandwich but rather for less stuff on it. She said that the manager was not available at that time. The one customer sitting there looked like a freaky hippie and he started insulting me and harassing me because my religion forbids me to eat pork. My husband who usually can get along with anyone got fed up with him (my hubby is a competitive body builder) and got angry and told him he wanted to take him outside if he insulted and harassed me with his big mouth again...and the guy got scared cause my hubby got aggressive in his body posture and voice and the guy went outside where my hubby told him off big time...and would have let him "have it" if he had tried to pull something on either of us. But the guy got scared out of his wits and left cause my hubby could definitely defend my honor. However, the employee insisted that I pay a higher price than the "SPECIAL PRICE" since I insisted on no pork included. I have never gone back to that place again even though I go through that town frequently. The employee was so unfriendly, refused to accommodate my preferences when I didn't ask for anything extra. I tried to contact the manager later via phone but was unable to reach the manager. If I had better "witnesses" I would have sued the business owner for religious discrimination. Since I can't do that now I choose to deny them any profit by boycotting their business and telling everyone not to go there. Even if you aren't religious and have a specific diet you will face incompetent employees with no management at all to check on what they are doing. I would be willing to pay more for extra portions or additions to a sandwich but never because I didn't want the extra meat or condiments of something...but I was told that I had to accept the "SPECIAL SANDWICH" that had the "SPECIAL REDUCED PRICE" exactly as portrayed and I could not choose not to add the pork. If the business owner is the manager...they should get out of business...because if I do come in again I will bring witnesses in case I am discriminated against because I eat (or don't eat) according to my religion.
