The Soy Garlic were also delicious, it seems this was the "mild" sauce that was on the Fried Dumplings per my tastebuds' thoughts. Parmesan Truffle Fries had that perfect crispy thin outer shell and meaty inner potato heaven. Truffle level was satisfactory and not lacking (but could always do more). Food was fresh, table water was cold (thankfully) with an orange slice, & employees friendly.
