Had a piece of "bone" in my steak sandwich. It stabbed me so I spit it out. Called to inform them because I didn't know what it was, told the girl it looked like porcelain or maybe came off the plastic spoon she used? Cream colored, and sharp! She informed me it was fine and probably just ice. I was like uhm, no, not ice (my sandwich was toasted and the piece was literally in my hand) and not fine. You should probably make sure there's no more before feeding others. Never asked for a refund or anything. She called me back stating if I wanted money I needed to bring the sandwich and piece to her right then, I told her no I would not, I was already 30 minutes away at home, but that I would bring it the next day to show them I was serious. Next morning the manager was rude and after seeing me standing there didn't even acknowledge me. Finally she walked up, I handed it to her, and said I just wanted ya'll to know about it. She said that's bone from the warehouse, laid it on the counter, and walked off to the back without another word. I was never rude, never asked for a refund, nothing... yet I was treated as if I was trying to sue the place for all they had. Funny thing was, my 8 year old daughter told me before any of this that "that girl was strange" and my mother who was the one that ordered, I sat in the car, never heard my daughter say this but also said "that girl was angry about something". Obviously the employees learn their poor customer service from the manger I met the next morning. read more
