Every time I come here, there's another problem. I use some of my points and you got the sub of the day and I have half the meat that you normally have on a sandwich? It's a foreign owned subway so of course they rip you off. Don't go to this subway. You can't even find the roast beef on my sandwich. read more

Subway - Sandwiches Near Me - Troy, Illinois

We order from the Troy location on a regular basis. The food is always good, ready when I get there, and the service is great. Also, Ryan is awesome!! He is so pleasant and greets me by name. read more

Just moved to the area and have ordered from this Subway a few times. Staff is very nice. Sandwiches have been ready when I get there, and they make good subs here. read more

Ordered a cheese and pepperoni dipper and got basically a tortilla with barely any cheese and no pepperoni and no ranch sauce for it. And my sandwich came with barely any sauce when I asked for extra of 3 different sauces. I got no greeting, just stared at by one of the workers, and there was only one person ordering and no other onlines. I think I'm just going to use the points I've accumulated and never order here again. Also I called to speak to a manager about my order and I was told there wouldn't be one until Tuesday. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! Made sandwiches incorrectly and was not understanding that she did not put the right amount of meat (per her coworker). My bread was so hard, I physically could not bite into it. Most sodas in the machine are down. Food is not what it used to be at all. read more

I waited in line and watched the employee make a sandwich, accept a cash payment, give change and continue making the next person's order with the same latex/vinyl gloves. I left without getting anything. This is the 2nd time I've had the same experience here. Gloves are intended to stop the spread of germs and disease, not to keep the employees hands clean. Doesn't Subway train employees? They really shouldn't need to be trained on simple common sense issue. I still may report this to the county health department, but I had to vent my frustration here first. read more

Troy, IL Subway doesn't even deserve 1 Star! They consistently get online orders wrong. Whoever owns this franchise has very low standards as this place is run by a bunch of teens that take no care in their job or their appearance for that matter. When you call to speak to a manager, there is never one on duty. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on below substandard service! read more

Online orders so they the order in front of them My wife ordered hers with sauces on the side, fortunately I checked hers before leaving and the sauces were on it so it was remade Mine I didn't check, ordered the outlaw, bread wasn't toasted, no cheese, No lettuce and almost no sauce This is the second time I have had issues with my food read more

Super slow service. Was the ONLY customer in the ENTIRE store and it took forever for one 6inch ham sandwich to get made. Won't be back.

I was just reminded why I seldom go to the Subway in Troy, IL anymore. You would think for over $8 for a sandwich, it would at least *resemble* what they show in the marketing pictures. My "buffalo chicken" sub had NO buffalo sauce on it. I ordered two of these - and both were made the same way. No trace of buffalo sauce anywhere on the sandwich, and the chicken itself was cold - even though they microwaved it. Overpriced, and the staff just don't seem to take any pride in their work. Next time I'm in the mood for a sandwich, I'll just go to the SuperValu store next door and get something from their Deli. It will cost less, take way less time in line, and be less disappointing. read more

Subway - This is a Buffalo Chicken Sub with Spinach and Ranch? It apparently is at this Subway. This is the most pathetic sandwich I've ever had. - Sandwiches Near Me - Troy, Illinois

This the worst subway I have ever visited. Every time I place an online order it is incorrect. Calling to complain does nothing. My family of 6 Is done with this establishment. Never again. read more

This subway was clean and fast the young women who made my sandwich was polite and kind. She not only made me a great sandwich but also uplifted my day thanks cayla! read more

This subway is great! The manager Amanda does an excellent job with her staff keeping the line moving and food is always fresh. On top the store has always been clean when I'm there. Keep up the good work! read more

So here's the story. Walked into the Troy, IL Subway around 11:30. Waited in line... Worker: What can I getcha today? Me: I'm gonna need 4 footlongs, all on white. Is there any chance you know how to cut the bread the old way? Worker: Sure, Getting a meatball? (Starts Cutting Bread) Me: Yeah, That's funny. Customer Behind Me In Line: It just works so good because the meatballs don't fall out. Me: (To the Customer) Yeah, ever since I worked here like 12yrs ago that's the only way I can eat them. Worker: (Frustrated) Sorry, I just can't do it. It won't work. (tosses mangled bread into the trash. Me: Ok, Cancel that sandwich then. Worker: The Meatball? Me: Yeah, It's the only way I'll eat them. Worker: What do want on the others? *order continues and I move down the counter Customer: Yeah I quit ordering them that way cause no one knows how to do it anymore. Me: I order it that way every time, usually they're pretty cool about it. 9 out of 10 times I order it, they do it for me. Though one time the manager of a subway was having a bad day I guess because when I asked for it cut the old way she threw a napkin over the sneeze-quard at me and said "We don't do it that way anymore and if you don't like it call the 800 number." So I did and ended up with free subway for like a month. *chuckles and life goes on. I try not to get mad a the little things in life but upon looking at the name tag of the worker I couldn't get past the fact that under her name it said AREA MANAGER. When I got home I let it bother me enough to call the 800 number and let them know what just happened and that they should look into the situation. After telling the story, the woman on the phone was extremely nice and apologetic about the whole thing and said I'd receive a call in 1 to 2 business days. I said thank you and hung up. Today that phone call happened. Me: Hello Jim Shepard: Hello, this is Jim the owner of subway. I understand you had an incident at my store yesterday? Me: Yeah, well, not really an incident, just a situation I thought you should know about. Jim: Well, what happened? Me: Told the story just as above. Jim: Well, that's not the way I heard it. Me: What do you mean? Jim: She told me that you were bothering other people in line bragging about calling the 800 number and getting free Subway. Me: That's not at all what happened. I did talk to the woman behind when she started talking to me about how she likes it cut that way for the meatball. Jim: Well, I think that you just shouldn't come back into the store again. Me: Wait, what? Are you serious? Jim: Yeah, you seem like a business man. I'm a business man and would you want someone coming into your place disturbing other customers. Me: I wasn't disturbing anyone, I was just talking to someone. Jim: Well, That's not what it looked like on camera, we record everything. I own most of the subways in the area so you should just find somewhere else to eat. Me: You're serious? You just said you were a business man and your telling me not to go to any of your subways. Jim: Yes, we don't need people like you in our stores. Don't Come Back, We'll Get Along Just Fine Without You. We've got plenty of customers we'll survive. Me: So you're really serious right now? Jim: Yeah Me: Wow, you're kind of an asshole. Jim: (Laughs) Coming from someone like you, I take that as a compliment. (Hangs Up) FINAL THOUGHTS: Not once did I ask for anything out of this situation. I simply thought they should know that their Area Manager allowed a customer to just cancel a sandwich with no effort to make it better, and now I'm banned for trying to help. read more

Two years after my initial review, this Subway still sucks. The service here is horrendous. On my latest visit they made a completely different sandwich than what I asked for. Then they looked at me like it was my fault. I can't help it that you didn't listen to me. Completely ridiculous! read more

This is got to be the worst ran Subway around this area two times in less than a month that they were out of white bread. And pretty sure it's ran by teenagers read more

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. Always out of bread, sandwiches are never right, pile on the veggies and smash it in a wrapper. Been like this for years, and I'm guessing it will never change. I've been to subway shops in North St. Louis that beats this place 5 times over. read more

I love this Subway! We go about 3 times a week. They always remember my order too! They are friendly and fast. Amanda does a great job running the team and keeping them busy. We never see anyone standing around or playing on their phones. They are always working hard, chatting with guests and checking on the lobby. It's clean! I LOVE their new chipoltle southwest wrap! Guacamole is back. Mmmm. It is one of my new favorites items. My friend really likes the chicken caesar wrap. Its nice to have something different and new! Healthier options! Keep up the good work Subway in Troy! See you soon! read more

Very very poor service, non enthusiastic workers. Non customer friendly(Brittany and Nicholas) somehow ran out of mayo at subway. No one enjoyed the sandwiches. read more

Service was excellent - cheerful, friendly and prompt. But the cucumbers looked a little old.

I fully understand that Subway hires young kids still in high school or college. But, they should at least try to hire some that WANT to work and WANT to provide decent service for the customers that are paying their salary! Not sure I'll be going to this one in Troy, Illinois ever again. The young lady making my sandwiches today seemed more interested in shift change than actually doing her job. Throwing sloppily made sandwiches into a bag and then tossing them on the counter, is no way to treat your customers! The manager needs to either tighten up his crew, or replace them. I certainly agree with most of the other reviews on here. This place needs a tuneup. read more

Went it to get breakfast and it was listed as $3.79, so I ordered a wrap, then when I went to pay, they charged 6.99, saying all wraps are that...even though not marked for breakfast. An extra $3.20 wrap is a rip off, I wasn't told and the staff was unhelpful. read more

I love having a healthier option to grab for lunch on the go! I've been to quite a few Subway restaurants and this one is by far the fastest and so clean! read more

A fair amount of the time, I've gone to this Subway and the service was awful. It was only until recently that it seems there is an entirely new staff and the service has become a bit better. Prior to this, there was one worker who was particularly rude who I have not seen in a few months, which is great. I hope the owner(s) continue to pay attention to the way their staff treats customers and change things accordingly. read more

I received the wrong bread (supposed to be italian herbs and cheese), corrected him and he told me it was the same as my friends (white bread). Then my friend asked for cucumbers and he put tomatoes, she's allergic and he didn't fix it. Then he throws the change at me as if i'm some animal. Horrible dinner, sandwiches were smashed.. distasteful souriness in my mouth. Don't waste your time here, horrible experience. read more

A young immature female with brown hair that pulls her hair back in a ponytail, told me tonight "did you rush to get here"? I replied "no". She said "Well I see you all the time here and I know that you know what time we close"!!!! I think I arrive around 5 min til close. This is the 3rd time this person has been rude "verbally" to me and my wife. As a business owner myself I would have to say that whoever owns this store really needs to know about this rouge employee. If this was my employee, I would fire her on the spot. I kept my mouth shut long enough. I ever stated to my wife, when this young "unlady" like girl shot off her mouth to my wife. I told my wife, "hey, maybe she's having a bad day". But it's not just 1 incident, this has happened 3 times. Not good TROY, IL SUBWAY. BAD BAD BUSINESS. I will never spend another dime again until this person gets canned. Even the other employee's told me "SORRY". They know who it is that's doing this. I was so offended, and I have been around for 36 yrs. No one has ever talked to me this way. read more

Tonight we used the online ordering with subway. Took over an hour to get food! Sa witches that were suppose to be hot were ice cold and other sandwiches were soggy and falling apart! Worst experience!!!! Tried to talk to a manger not a manager on duty. One of the workers had a crappy attitude! Such a waste of money spent there tonight! Not sure if we will go back! read more
