The employees seemed completely unorganized, inexperienced, and more interested in joking around than doing their jobs or serving customers. Another issue that really frustrated me was with my husband's order. He specifically asked for a thigh, and while he stepped away to use the restroom, I overheard an employee tell another worker, "Just give him a breast." They never came to us to explain they were out of thighs or ask if that substitution was okay. Instead, they simply gave him something he didn't order and hoped we wouldn't notice. I completely understand that restaurants run out of items, that happens. But what isn't acceptable is making substitutions without informing the customer or giving them the opportunity to choose something else. This location is damaging the Bojangles name. We went to call them about it to get a refund and to figure out how in the world we get hair cooked in our food. They then got rude and hostile with us over the phone and did not even want to see the chicken. They "took our word for it."
