I completely understand mixups happen, that is not why I am upset. The way the staff handled their mistake is ridiculous. They did not try to make the order or even apologize for the confusion. I wasted 20 minutes waiting for them to find the order just for them to say they can not make it. I spent all that time in there to leave empty handed without any help or apologies. I am very understanding of mistakes but for the staff to take no responsibility and let me leave with nothing to make up for it or put in any effort to make the order at all is not okay. They lost a big order because of this and all future orders from my business.

On all my visits I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich which is one of the best I've ever tasted; that's why I've ordered the same thing every time so far. My wife has ordered different sandwiches, and she's never had a complaint. Give them a try and decide for yourself.
