My wife and I have eaten there 4 times, and the food was so hot, I had to wait for it to cool down or it would have burned my mouth. They literally make the sandwich in front of you so you should expect and get a very hot fresh sandwich. On all 4 visits our orders were correct. On all my visits I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich which is one of the best I've ever tasted; that's why I've ordered the same thing every time so far. My wife has ordered different sandwiches, and she's never had a complaint. Give them a try and decide for yourself.

I called three times in total: once to make the reservation, a second time yesterday to adjust the party size (I reached voicemail and left a message), and a third time today at opening to update the number again. During both the initial booking and the final call--when the reservation size was discussed--I was never told about the $15 fee for each empty chair. When I was told there would be a $60 charge for the guests who couldn't attend, I felt gutted. If I had been made aware of this policy at any point during my calls, I would have planned differently, especially knowing some family members might not be able to make it. We all just came from an important ceremony celebrating my accomplishments at Nicholls, and I was so excited to bring my family here--especially because I'd been raving about their delicious bread and oil. Unfortunately, I learned that it had been taken off the menu six months ago. The manager was also dismissive and disrespectful.
