Chili burger is what the menu says and that's what you get. No option for onions or grilled onions or anything else. It's definitely not worth $8. Maaaaaybe $4-6 and $6 being generous. $8 should come with fries at least. Basic flavor. Basic presentation. Then you're most likely feeling the need to tip on top of that. The parking area was at least clean. People coming and going makes you think it's a popular spot but makes me wonder if there's better places to go even if I had to walk inside. We called ahead to ask about their hours, and they said they would stay open for us. The food is great, country cooking, classic West Texas. My dad is really particular about his food, and the owner made him a hamburger steak he couldn't believe (see photo-he was glad he was wearing pants with an elastic waistband. 18 oz of beef between the two patties, sautéed onions, and brown gravy, plus a salad Texas toast). It's very clean and cute, they support the local high school football team, and the owner and staff could not have been any nicer! If you're local or driving through, check this place out!
