After patiently watching me go through the app several times, Janelle realized it appeared to be a corporate system issue and graciously honored the promotion anyway. That's the kind of customer service you don't forget. We also ordered an 8-piece family meal, but they had just been hit with a rush and were temporarily waiting on fresh chicken. They asked us to wait the 18-minute cook time, While we waited, Janelle offered us complimentary drinks. Considering it was 99 degrees outside and we were taking our food to go, that thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. The restaurant itself was spotless. The dining room was clean and organized, the drink station was fully stocked and well maintained, and the restrooms were clean and fully supplied.
