Had a coupon in which they did not honor..I am handicapped and do not drive. Ordered 2 meatball, both artisan Italian bread, one with green peppers & extra banana peppers toasted. What we received was 1 meatball with regular bread; 1 meatball with extra onions & 4 banana peppers. Both untoasted. Called the store and they explained if I wanted extra vegetables there would be an extra charge and that was why they put onions on it. (Not sure of that that logic but okay) They did offer to make new IF I wanted them replaced. I live 12 miles from away, no I do not want to make another round trip. The person then told me there was nothing they could do since I didn't want immediate replacements. Looks like Subway needs a lesson from Chick-fil-a on customer service?! read more

Very poor customer service we ordered DoorDash and received a 4 1/2 hour old order when we went back to the store we where told the door dash driver went behind the counter and and intentionally switched our order for the one that was 4 1/2 hours old. Which I believe is a food safety violation. After changing the story several times he agreed to remake our order and proceeded to toss the remake sandwiches together while being disrespectful. This looks especially bad on management for hiring employees that act this way. read more

I'm not one to post negative reviews over one bad order. People make mistakes and that's ok. But this is CONSTANT with Springfield Subway. We eat the same sandwich every single time and always have. We order online so I'll attach the order below. Everything is wrong. Wrong bread, wrong condiments, TONS of peppers and onions, zero mustard, Mayo, oil & vinegar... it's just awful. Do yourself a favor and if you HAVE to have Springfield Subway, order it in person. This store probably has the cheapest owner in the US. Went to this store for lunch with my wife. Ordered a roasted chicken foot long and my wife a black forest ham combo. Both should be sell for $5 each. The owner charged us extra by $1.07 as they made a mistake thinking we ordered a BLT or something. Instead of apologizing the bitchy owner said we should not shared the combo drink. We usually order 1 combo so that my wife and I can shared a drink. I don't see any rules in any store in the US that doesn't allow sharing of drinks! What's the difference of sharing a drink by refilling once or having a person order a combo and refilling one? If not, why place the soda machine in the open to begin with? I will be the 2nd person in my office to ban this restaurant! My other colleague banned it 6 months ago when he find out that the owner always charge a penny more by rounding up the numbers, which is illegal! If you pay cash, make sure you asked for a receipt! They do that on everyone! Imagine they pocket 1 penny more a person and it's not reported to IRS! 100,000 customers a year will allow them to pocket $1000 extra tax free! read more

Stood in line for almost 10 minutes for a meatball sandwich, which they are currently having a special on. Was told it was going to be 12 minutes to warm up some meatballs because they were out. This was at 8pm, they close at 10pm. I would think if a business is having an advertised special on an item they would have some on hand. Person behind counter was rude/short with me, and the guy in front of me. Store needed sweeping and tables were dirty. Very rude and cheap. My husband ordered a salad since he can't eat bread. They put about a cup of lettuce on it. Then they only put 4 thin slices of meat on the salad, that's less than goes on a sandwich. The salad ended up being the size of a side salad, but cost $5.50. There were several of us in a group that went there on a Sunday night after church. They started mopping around us while we were still at the table and obviously were trying to get us to leave, even though they didn't close by their sign hours for another 30 minutes. I really didnt even want to give this one star but you have to put something. I will never go here again. Was in line with my boyfriend to order a sandwich and there was an open bun waiting on the counter that was for the lady in front of me. As we were waiting for the server to get to hers, a fly landed on the bun and meandered around on it for a few minutes. All over it. When the guy got to her bun, he saw the fly and shooed it away. THEN! he proceeded to move the bun down the serving line to USE IT for her sandwich. He saw me and my boyfriend talking about the fly and how disgusting that was and he still used it!! We walked out before ordering. If he will BLATANTLY use a fly covered bun in front of customers, what do they do behind closed doors???!! I know to some extent there will be flies, but to shoo it away after we saw it, that's disgusting. I mean, how much does one 6" piece of bread really cost them??
