As I approached the window, they instantly turned the music down to be able to speak and hear at a comfortable volume. The young lady at the window was very welcoming and excitedly asked how she could help me. I gave her my order, which was actually two separate orders, and she read them back to me clearly and precisely. During the transaction, the tech was giving her some issues. A gentleman, which I heard her say was her Uncle, came to help her, and soon, we were back in business. In the meantime, her grandfather, the owner, also welcomed me and read the order back to make absolutely sure that they had the order correct. The whole family was super friendly and chatty. It took only a few minutes to get my order. The food was delicious! Seriously, my Nana made some amazing PA Dutch chicken and waffles, this rivaled hers! Overall, I have only positive things to say about Irene's Caboose. I can't wait to visit again.
