I ordered a family size hush puppies and a double order of onion rings along with a vanilla shake. My three family members got sodas and a lemonade milk shake. This was store # 70088 in Savannah, TN. The hush puppies and onion rings were piping hot right out of the fryer and were enough for all four of us. The staff was friendly and brought our food to our table. The restaurant was clean. The root beer was just as I remembered it as a young boy. I recommend this restaurant and I will return in the future.

The cashier told us to wait to order so she could finish wiping down trays first, so we stood there about 5 minutes and watched her. We thought about just leaving but were too hungry to do so. The bathroom was abysmal, I felt like I needed a shower after spending 30 seconds in there. I gave an extra star because the food wasn't bad. We waited probably 10 minutes for our order. The fries were hot and seasoned well. My burger was just okay, but about what I expected from an A&W. We certainly would not return to this location if we are back in the area. There seem to be plenty of other places nearby for a fast, cheap burger and fries.

I feel like this is the place you'd run into someone you know every time, if you were from here or had integrated into the Savannah, TN community (which is nice). Service was friendly and prompt. The food was very mid-caliber for me. I had the pimento cheeseburger, jalapeño poppers, and the salad bar. The salad bar was...well, it's what you'd expect to find - basic "shredduce" with bare minimum topping options, though I was surprised to see some beets (tiny little suckers, though). It was edible and nothing looked as if it'd been neglected, so, solid middle. The jalapeño poppers, while RIPPING hot, were standard frozen meh. The burger didn't do much for me either - the pimento was bland, the patty was bland, but the bun was soft and the meat:bun ratio was good. Overall, fine food and ok value, but I don't think I'll try it again during my few months in the area. The question for a good burger in Savannah continues...

I understand when you're busy, but when I received my food it wasn't even fresh. I only ordered a cheeseburger meal w a mini blast. The staff is rude and takes your order as if you being a customer is an inconvenience to them. And I just came back this morning and the girl on the speaker doesn't even give you a chance to ask questions, just rushing you off the speaker. The menu prices are wrong. I wanted the number 18 with a coffee, but the total came out to $8.66. I asked why the total was $8.66 when the menu said the meal was $5.49 and she said coffee was an up charge. I said a $3 up charge? She said the meal was actually $6.49. So, My experiences have just been not great. It takes a lot for me to get on here and write a bad review but this Sonic sucks lol.

The restaurant was clean from the tables to the floors. I don't remember seeing any clutter as another reviewer had stated.
