I tried to add some ketchup to the ham to cut the salt but it didn't work. I should have asked for a warm cup of water maybe so that I could get the salt off. I couldn't cut the ham with a fork. Asked for a knife. It was a sharp knife and I still couldn't cut it. The folks working there were nice enough but the food was awful.

I like a good Burger King over McD's but you never know if your BK experience is gonna be good or bad. This was likely a franchise but I still think corporate BK has a responsibility to make sure every BK experience is a good one. They failed here.

I'm assuming that it's bc I had to contact door dash to cancel an order I had picked up which I gave a reason for to door dash which was saftey risk during ice storm and when my car overheated which I have picture of and proof of me paying for it to get fixed after. I should have already mention this but the employes (assistant manger I think) kids are in there a lot which wouldn't be a problem if they wasn't messy or feeding them free food (but then get ill when an order has to be canceled for safety reasons) or if the kids was climbing shelf's putting their feet and Germs all over the pizza bags. If they are gonna penalize someone for canceling an order for safety reasons they should be penalized for their stuff too!
