I am beyond upset with the lack of professionalism at this place! The employees have no manners and when they get busy they openly and verbally blame their customers!! Yesterday a cook yelled "I guess all the poor people came to eat" just because they were busy! It was super inappropriate and uncalled for. Not one person inside was being rude or anything, everyone was standing and waiting. Management lacks in proper skills and problem solving as well. There a few younger girls who are nice and professional but the rest?? Not even close!! There should be new staffing.. starting with that cook and manager.. it's sad that someone said that for no reason. I get being busy and overwhelmed, I work in the food industry too. But there needs to be a do and don't when it comes to customer service. There were kids present as well and that wasn't right either for them to hear. Do better and be better human beings. read more

Taco Bell Savannah, TN store 034685. Around 1100 hours on 01/05/2026, I went through the drive thru. I ordered a number nine a mexican pizza, two tacos and a drink for $12.06. I got my order then went to Kroger, Savannah, to eat first and then shop. When I opened the box, ready??? THE TWO TACOS WERE WRAPPED AND LAYING ON TOP OF THE MEXICAN PIZZA. The box was a complete mess with everything stuck together. I then stopped and went back to the taco bell and went inside. I asked for the manager who was a white male black hair and beard working the line where food is placed in the box. Obviously he either packed the box or was aware. I sat the box on the counter and was met with "what" I said open the box. He did and said they would fix another one. I said forget it give me a refund. he did and as I left I told customers standing there don't eat there leave. UNRAL the manger could have cared less and did nothing except a refund!!!!???? So I filed an online complaint and then called taco bell headquarters. Ready?? The agent said "well you got your refund"??? WTF??? I wasted time gas, energy, and had to go to another place and eat because your business is grossly incompetent. DO NOT EAT AT TACO BELL. read more

Worst experience I've ever had in a Taco Bell! I was waiting for my order to be made, along with other people who were patiently waiting for theirs, no one was complaining everything was going smoothly until one of the line workers says, loud enough for everyone in the dinning room to hear, "LOOKS LIKE ALL THE POOR PEOPLE CAME OUT TONIGHT" One of his co-workers tells him, "They can hear you." He just laughed and said, equally as loud "I DON'T CARE". I called to speak with the manager and let her know that I will be calling Corporate to make a complaint and quoted her employee to her, all she said was "OK" and hung up. No, apologies for what happened, nothing just "OK", apparently insulting the client base is 'ok' behavior at this establishment. No one would give this guys name but he was a rough looking mid thirties man with a beard. When you are standing at the counter, he was working on the very end of the line, closest to the counter on the side closest to the drive through window. This took place on 1-5-26 at 5:30 PM. There were families with children waiting for their food, kids who were old enough to understand what was said. I wasn't the only person who was insulted by this act. Absolutely unacceptable! Incredibly rude! We won't be going back to this location. This isn't the first time rude behavior has been witnessed at this location, the lack of professionalism is incredible, but it will be the last! Do yourself a favor and drive to Selmer instead. read more

The food itself is good as is the service. I just have a suggestion as to how they pack there food in the drive thru. Please do not put crunchy tacos in the bottom of bag and the put 3 burrito supremes on top of them. If I wanted to eat my tacos with a spoon I would have got a Taco salad! read more

Food tasted pretty good, but they never cut the quesadilla for some reason. This is the 4th time this has happened in a row.

The food could be better. I got a chicken quesadilla, taco and drink. They were out of ice. Asked if it was okay if they served me a drink with out ice. Maybe all of the soda machines that made ice were down. I dunno. I said sure. Then when I got my food the cheese wasn't even melted a little bit. This is only my most recent visit. I give 4 stars because I always get my food that I order and some times I also get some one else's order too. read more

I'm sitting in the drive through right now. I ordered my food through the app well in advance, and ive been in line for more than 20 minutes, the line has moved forward 2 vehicles in that 20 minutes. This place is trash. It was the worst taco bell in America, and I had high hopes after the renovation, but if anything it appears to have gotten worse. The lobby is closed, so they are literally only dealing with the drive through, and are averaging more than 10 minutes per car. There are a dozen people in front of me right now, so I guess I can hang up any ideas about the next 2 hours of my life. It will not allow me to cancel my order through the app either, so I can either drive away rewarding them with my $40 for their disgustingly inept restaurant operation, or sit here for over an hour. What a joke. Close this dumpster fire. To give this reference, the line hasn't moved a single time while I've been writing this. read more

What a crew, ordered our lunch cruch wrap meal and nacho fries box, eat inside, at 12:16 pm and had to go up to the counter to check on it (12:46 pm). The y said they were working on it now, got it at 12:50 pm, three other inside customers got their food before us, that came in after us! Will not return and will tell our friends to avoid it. I hope the reopening Taco Bell with a KFC is still in progress. Was told that company may change its mind and only be serving taco bell. I have spoken to several persons that work in Savannah and would be frequenting if there was also a KFC attached to Taco Bell. This would be such a convenience for everyone and bring more revenue to that location. read more

This Review was meant for TB in Savannah Tn which is currently closed. It was meant to hopefully avoid opening new store with same attitude. The one in Corinth Ms is prob 1 of Best in South. Read other comments - not only one with problems with them. read more

Wasn't the greatest quality of Taco Bell, but it was decently quick, although they forgot an item that we did pay for.

slow asf!! waited over 30 minutes for my 2 item order. would never go here unless i absolutely have to.
