Hit or miss sandwiches. My co-workers and I frequently order from this location via app for pick up, via delivery service, or walk-in. My last one was definitely a miss. I ordered on the app for a quick pick up. The bread was not fresh, which was a major disappointment. My co-worker also ordered a sandwich, and her bread was just as stale. Our visit was mid-morning, so the bread should have been fresh. I've been to plenty of Subways, and this location is not my favorite. read more

Mannn where do I start .. no one greets us at the door guy that was working yesterday I got jalapeño bread and it was from Tuesday it was already 1pm usually bread gets thrown out around 11:30am-12pmish probably a slow day and didn't want to throw bread away cause it was slow guy didn't make conversation with us . I go here relatively often because it's close to work. The sandwiches are just as good as any other subway except I've had some issues with how they cut my bread sometimes. If it's not cut evenly, the sandwich falls apart when you're trying to eat it. Another thumbs down is that this location no longer makes salads. I tried their protein bowl since they said it was similar to the salad, but the bowl is too small and it makes it difficult to eat since they don't chop the veggies anymore. I went to another location recently and they're still serving salads there so I'm not sure if this was the owner's decision not to sell salads anymore, but I definitely don't like it. I'll probably still go because it's close to work, but I'm not happy about their decision to sell protein bowls in place of salads. I really don't see why they can't sell both. To me, protein bowls are just a money grab since they're pretty much the same as a salad but in a smaller bowl and more expensive. read more

The customer service here is not that great. I was leaving to go home and ordered a footlong and as I got to the cashier, they had an issue ringing up my employee discounts. There were a few people behind me that were ordering sandwiches, and i noticed that when their sandwiches were done being made, the cashier said, "I can help you right here", and proceeded to let each and every customer get ringed up one-by-one right in front of me. You can understand my anger. Just because I'm an employee doesn't mean I'm not a paying customer, I am off duty, I am no longer a worker making sure the customers are satisfied before myself, I am a CUSTOMER, who paid $6 bucks for my meal/customer service/and environment and I'd like to be treated like a customer as well. I am bummed to say that this Subway has the worst customer service out of all Subway's I have visited so far. Funny thing is their horrible customer service and botched orders have never actually happened with my orders but with everyone's orders ahead of me. I have been a spectator to attitude thrown towards customers because the sandwich artist didn't listen, it makes things worse when the worker makes it seem like the customers fault. The sandwiches taste fine but I am lucky that I am patient person because I get delayed behind a botched order and then feel uncomfortable when there is a back and forth discussion about it. read more

I really like this location. While the inside is pretty small...only 5 or 6 tables it has a great, large outside patio that is nice to sit and eat at. I often buy my food at this location because it is close to my house. I recently went into the subway and wanted to get the combo of the day, which the girl informed me that they were out of that meatballs for the combo of the day. I asked if she could offer one of the other combos instead because they were out of the advertised one, she stated no. I asked again so there is nothing you can replace the special of the day with, again no I can not do that. I work in a customer service industry and the easiest possible way to solve this situation would have been to just replace the combo they were out of with one of the others specials of the day. You would have had a happy customer instead you now have a customer that will not patronize that subway again. Fortunately for me there is another Subway just down the road. Simple things go a long way when it comes to customer service. And the store would have lost at most $1 read more
