    I used to like going to this subway location, not anymore. I rather go to Jason's Deli or another Subway location. A female employee was rude and condescending while the female manager just looked on. Apparently, I interrupted their conversation and to them they were busy. There were no customers either indoors or at the drive-thru, other than I. Gave her the order as simple as possible and still got it wrong and literally thrown into the bag. She made me wait for a long while, got there in plenty of time before they closed and didn't leave till it was 3 minutes till closing. So I couldn't go back and get my refund for the mess they gave me.

(She isn't white but clearly treats poc's differently) Also she was very condescending to the cashier who was also not white but was doing his job well but because he mis-spoke she felt the need to correct him even though it was literally just about the name of a candy she felt the need to bring up the obvious while customers were waiting in her line to get rung up. As someone who has had many bad days working in customer service, I still wouldn't treat anyone like that since it's not like a random person or coworker had anything to do with it but clearly she does and it's not a very good idea to put people like that in leadership positions. I've had managers like her before and they make the workplace unnecessarily frustrating for both the employees and customers. The only reason I'm giving the 2nd star is because of the other cashier.

They seem to have their own grill here inside the gas station, where you can order tacos. They have touchscreens that they've rolled out that you order from. I dunno why you'd get tacos here, when there's a Las Palapas across the street. They sell ice in 8 lb bags inside the store, but they also have an exterior ice machine that sells more ice cheaper. I wish they'd had a sign up inside letting you know that they have a cool ice machine outside. The clerk was efficient, and able to work two registers simultaneously to get people checked out quickly. He was doing that while giving directions and helping another guy order food. Parking and driving through here can be a bit confusing with all the drive-thru's around here. Along with the teenage drivers racing over here after the high school across the street lets out, this can be a hazardous parking lot to hang out in. The convenience store was clean inside and out! I managed to get in and out of there on the quick time.

    Review for Pizza Hut Visit on August 1, 2025…read more Yesterday, I went to Pizza Hut to pick up an order I placed through the app. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, I was short one pizza. I had ordered two pepperoni pizzas -- one with cheese and one without cheese. When I checked the boxes, one pizza had only cheese and no pepperoni, and the other had cheese when it was supposed to have none. I explained this to the young man at the counter, Terry. He showed me the order on the screen, which only said I ordered two one-topping pizzas, without specifying the details I entered in the app. When I tried to explain, Terry insisted I look it up on the app myself. However, the app didn't show the specific topping instructions -- only that I had ordered two one-topping pizzas. While Terry was getting the pizza, I overheard a young lady on the food line loudly and unprofessionally say, "Who the F** keeps messing up the orders?"* This was said in front of customers -- very inappropriate. To avoid further conflict, I simply ordered another pizza with pepperoni and waited. While sitting at a table, I reviewed the rest of my order. I noticed that instead of the cinnamon rolls I had ordered, I was given breadsticks. I took them back to the counter and let Terry know. He took the breadsticks, placed them back on the counter with outgoing orders, then grabbed the cinnamon rolls and handed them to me. I asked if he could please bag them. He did, but then walked to the back. So, by this time I decided to ask Terry since my order had been messed up three times now and he couldn't fix the pizza that had no pepperoni on it? Terry then told me NO! Soon after, another man came over to the table he was an overweight man that seem to be sweating profusely,he never introduced himself, I asked if he was the manager. He said yes, so I asked if Pizza Hut usually has two managers. He didn't respond. Soon to find out he was RGM, I explained what had happened with my order, and as I spoke, I realized the wings I had received were incorrect as well. He asked to see my receipt, walked off with it, and came back about 10 minutes later. He told me he had issued a refund. The receipt showed a refund of $33.99, but I had paid $36.99. I didn't argue about the missing $3, but I was very upset with how I was treated overall and left the store. Today, 8/2/25, I checked my credit card and saw the $33.99 refund listed as pending. Around 11:53 a.m., I called Pizza Hut to follow up. When I asked who I was speaking to, the man said his name was Jose the same man from yesterday that refunded me my money. I began to explain who I was and that I had some questions. Jose immediately began talking over me and said I should be satisfied because I received a refund. I tried to let him know about the cinnamon roll that had NOT been cooked as I tried to continue speaking to Jose he cut me off, saying, "I'm doing paperwork I do not have any time for this ," and hung up on me. This experience was beyond frustrating -- from the incorrect order, lack of accountability, unprofessional behavior by staff, and poor customer service, to being disrespected on the phone the following day. Mistakes happen, but this is not how customers should be treated. I hope Pizza Hut will address this internally to prevent this kind of treatment from happening to others.

I have only been to DQ a handful of times and this is probably my first or second hamburger I've eaten. The inside was clean and neat and the two cashiers were friendly. The hunger buster was definitely a pretty good sized burger, comparable to other fast food chains. The meat was slightly crispy, giving it a grilled taste. I opted for mayo instead of mustard and also noticed their burger had no ketchup. The vegetables were fresh and generous in portion. The blizzard Oreo was perfect in consistency and delicious. They turned it upside down when they delivered it to me, and it stayed intact. The price on these little treats is quite high at over $3 for a tiny cup. However, it was probably the best fast food treat I've had in terms of creaminess, Oreo consistency, and taste.
