Two weeks ago I ordered a mobile order when I pull up to the store. The lady told me that the mobile order was not working and then I was gonna get an automatic refund. They literally made me pay again for the food. It's been two weeks and a half and I have not received the money. I went back to the store and the lady told me that I need to call. I don't know who the fuck I need to call there's no number where to go so want to now my money is gone and they only took it. I do not recommend this. I'll be a store. Came to the drive thru pretty late just now. (9:26pm) and the young men working were friendly and didn't seem to mind that I had ordered so close to closing time. They took my order for sweet onion chicken teriyaki and made it quickly and just as I had asked. Excellent service and great food. I was so hungry so they definitely made my night! Was nice not to get the usual eye roll or be rushed because they just don't want to be there so late. read more

The only appeal is that it has a drive thru unlike a lot of other Subway restaurants. Really disappointing since for one it took a long time to get our order and when we did things were incorrect and missing. On one sandwich it was supposed to come with Mayo and honey mustard, got it with no condiments. On the other it was supposed to be chicken teriyaki and toasted but when I got it it was entirely cold. Also we ordered a medium drink and we didn't get nor was it on the receipt but it all took so long we didn't have time and just needed to leave. Sucks! read more

The drive-through is a big draw for this location but it is randomly 'closed'. I've been told several times that they are "not taking drive-thru orders" and that I have to come inside. I just leave so they have lost money. Keep in mind that the store isn't busy so I think it's just pure laziness. read more

I'm giving 5 stars because I witnessed something outstanding when I visited in 6/23/2023. There were 4 people in line ahead of me. The first was a woman that was being extremely rude to the workers. She was demanding, making degrading and belligerent commentary. The employees did nothing to warrant this treatment and it was completely uncalled for. They didn't antagonize her or return rude comments instead they were working hard filling online orders while helping those in line. I hope the manager reads this and sees they have a good team and should be rewarded in some way. No one deserves that kind of abuse from a customer. read more

I used to like going to this subway location, not anymore. I rather go to Jason's Deli or another Subway location. A female employee was rude and condescending while the female manager just looked on. Apparently, I interrupted their conversation and to them they were busy. There were no customers either indoors or at the drive-thru, other than I. Gave her the order as simple as possible and still got it wrong and literally thrown into the bag. She made me wait for a long while, got there in plenty of time before they closed and didn't leave till it was 3 minutes till closing. So I couldn't go back and get my refund for the mess they gave me. read more

We always end up going to this location because it's the closest Subway to where we live. I do like the fact that this location has a drive thru, even though we haven't used their drive thru. This location is fairly easy to get to and is surrounded by a shopping center and a Long John's Silver. The parking spots are a bit difficult to see because the paint is pretty much gone. It's just easier to park on the side of the store closest to the Long John's Silver. The inside of the store is pretty clean and they've had whatever we've ordered. We do tend to order the same items (tuna with wheat flat bread). We have been here a few times and the food and service have been pretty much the same. The employees are ok and you don't get much small talk from them, but they're friendly enough. The food is similar to any Subway that you go to and this location seems to be slow (I do say this as someone that goes in later in the evening and only order inside and not through the drive thru). read more

I come here almost every morning and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. I hear complaints about the two women that work day shift but I have found them to be friendly and nice people so I believe this is one of those situations where you get treated as you treat others. Honestly one of the best subway experiences I've had in a long time. Not only did they make my sandwich amazing but the gentleman with the facemask with the Texas star really made the ratio perfect. If a manager is seeing this please teach your employees to be profesional. I was ordering thru the drive thru and asked the nice gentleman who was taking care of me questions about some things on the menu. When I overheard a girl in the background mocking and making fun of me calling me a retard for not knowing what some things on the menu were. I have never experienced this type of behavior in my life. I wish I had names but the boy refused to give me her name and said she was new. Came to drive thru seriously couldn't fit my truck into their drive thru! Ridiculous customer service! Who tells their customer that they have cheese at HEB behind them? That to me is just rude. To top that off we get the window to pay for our meal and the employee that opened the window bearly gave us a total and had a phone shoved into her ear when obviously she's working with a customer. That to me is unprofessional, really need to step up that drive thru. Overall didn't take more then 10 mins in the drive thru. read more

Came in for lunch, they didn't have the bread I wanted, I had to repeat my order multiple times due to the attention span of the line workers, asked for Italian sauce and was told by someone who looked like the manager that this location hasn't had that for years (it was my first time coming to this location). Have ordered from here twice off of Uber eats and my salad wasn't chopped up like every other subway does it and it was pretty difficult to eat bc of it. I'm not sure if the person who put the salad together was being lazy or they really didn't know it's supposed to be chopped up. Probably not going to order from here again. read more

Staff was extremely slow. Sandwiches were cold because staff was so slow. Only half of my sandwich had sauces on it. Over all, my sandwich sucked and it was a waste of money. Couldn't manage drive through and inside because staff was too busy doing other things which is why my sandwich is cold. read more

OK so I've lived in this area for a while now. I used to love coming here all the time but as of late this place sucks. Like seriously I get that their job is probably crappy but damn at least try to fake it. No hi or welcome. This lady was changing the trash and 4 other guests came in after my son and I. She didn't even stop to help with the orders she just called the sandwhich guy to come back upfront. He went to get more product from the back which I understand happens. His name is victor I think and he was working his butt off to get these orders out by himself. That's not cool at all. I work in food as well but damn this place needs an overhaul.
