We actually had to call several Pizza Hut locations in the area before finding one that still was willing to open their dining room for utilization! This one was the winner. They have a salad bar there with a card that lists toppings, even nutrition facts. Yet, it apparently hasn't been used for years. That is what COVID did for dining establishments. They do not even want to use their dining rooms anymore. How sad. Seems that most pizza places are making themselves exclusively delivery or pickup service. Employees were very friendly, but as stated the delivery focused business model logically did not make for the best ambience. Granted, provided people are mostly not coming in at all since it will be drivers delivering them their hot pizza, and those that decide to gather the courage to venture out of their cozy homes are only supposed to come in for a few minutes to pick up their order, one would not expect too much pizzazz at the pizza place! To their credit, they still have some holiday decorations around, to get in the spirit. Menu is a piece printer paper, with everything online these days. Unfortunately did not even have proper dining ware. We were given disposable utensils and tiny water cups, no soda dispenser anymore! Prices reflect inflation, but quality was good. Stuffed Crust pizza still well done, melts on your palate cheese in the fluffy dough crust. Wings were tender and delicious, but pretty pricey with the smallest order being x8 for $12 after taxes. Mozzarella Sticks were crispy and came out fresh. Ah. Overall, a reminder of how times have changed. I miss the days of the pizza hut buffet with a full dining room, especially when filled with talkative, not social distancing wary persons.

This is to show how long we were on the phone for but by that point we just hung up.

We found a hair in our cinnamon sticks. We didn't even see it until we were almost done with it because it was in the cinnamon and sugar. We tried to call them to let them know but they left us on hold for 10mins.

Cold pizza with no veggie options.

I would give it fewer stars if I could. Came in for the buffet about 12:20. All of the pizza was freezing, which makes the thin crust super hard. All of the options had either pepperoni or sausage, with only bell pepper or onion as a vegetable choice. No croutons in the salad bar. There were only 2 other tables occupied, so it's not as though they were too busy to keep up. While we were eating our pizza, we ordered Cinnabon. 15 mins later, they had not arrived so I asked our server. She said, "oh, um...yeah." They arrived 10 mins later. She had cleared the table, so we only had one fork and she never checked on us and there was no one on the front to ask. I had to find her so we could pay our tab and she never apologized for the delay or asked us about our meal. NEVER again. I have ordered delivery before and it has been good, but I'm done with this location.

Have came here about 8 times throughout the year. Have had nothing but great experiences…read more I know recently, the news article reported they are struggling to maintain afloat. I'll list pros & cons here and a few suggestions: Pros: -there are plenty of flavors, both their specialty and their 10+ sauce/rub options -indoor seating with a few TVs to watch sports Cons(which in my opinion are issues which can be solved): -because there's lots of flavor options, there is a major holdup in the kitchen. Especially if there's large groups of people eating lunch. We've spent over 45 minutes waiting for our food at times which has caused us to withhold going if we know we have a meeting scheduled after lunch. It's also cutting it close for the hourly workers who have to clock in-clock out for their lunch hour. -there is no "lunch menu", everything is à la carte which can make it a bit pricey. How to solve issues: -downsize menu options. Less items to cook means shorter wait times. -create a lunch menu. This would also speed up the process as well as create a fixed cost. Easily you can spend $20-$25 on lunch when you add fries and a drink. I love wings; this is the best wing spot in town hands down. There are things they can do to improve, we are all pulling for their success!

This prompted a spontaneous trip out here to support a local business. Location & Parking: It is definitely on a weird lot and there is not much space in the lot for parking. We parked across the street but heads up that business will come put a "Do not Park here" Post-It note on your window lol. (There are NO signs that say you can't) Ambiance: When you walk into the main dining room, to your left is the counter for pick up & to-go orders. They do have a nice enclosed outdoor patio that's has plenty of seating. Plenty of indoor seating too. Seating is open, so you can sit wherever you want. Food & Service: We were greeted fairly quickly and given menu and drinks. We ordered the 'Fried Pickles' for an appetizer, these were tasty! And after we received the pickles the service kind of started to lag, and our first server disappeared.. We finally ordered our wings with a new server, which I don't mind waiting but it seemed like a pretty long time. And now for the main course... We split the 'Hot Cheetos', did half 'Cajun Dry Rub' and half 'Citrus Buffalo'. I gotta say we were VERY underwhelmed with the Cheeto and Cajun flavoring. They picture SO well but the flavor is just not there. The Citrus one was the tastier of the 3. The saving grace for our meal was the fact that the actual chicken wing meat was delicious. We paid $40 for everything. Personally, I think they could be very successful in a different location & if they had a Chef tweak their flavor profiles just a tad to give it that depth. I'd hate to see a unique place like this go out of business completely but I understand how other people don't frequent this place.

Came in with a couple of coworkers and my best mate, Tommy Tough Knuckles. If you are going to put a place like this on trial, you bring witnesses. The beer: Bud Light on tap was phenomenal. Cold, clean, exactly what you want when wings are involved. Most of the table went with micheladas, which felt like the right move at the time and honestly looked fantastic. If you are in a wings bar that knows what it is doing, you trust the michelada crowd. The appetizer: First timers get treated right here. Our server brought out the pizza roll appetizer on the house, which is essentially an egg roll stuffed with pizza goodness. Crunchy shell, molten cheese center, zero notes. A dangerous starter in the best way possible. Ten out of ten. The wings: Twenty traditional wings. Fifteen Buffalo hot, five lemon pepper. Let's be honest. When Buffalo hot comes out in Buffalo, expectations are sky high. I would not have minded a touch more heat, but the flavor absolutely carried the day. These were balanced, buttery, and deeply satisfying wings that remind you why this style became the standard. The lemon pepper deserves special praise. Too many places drown these wings in seasoning until it feels like a science experiment. Not here. Clean, even coverage, bright without overpowering the chicken. Simple, confident, executed properly. Overall wing verdict. Ten out of ten. This place knows exactly who it is. No gimmicks, no reinvention, just history backed up by execution. You come here for wings, beer, and the feeling that you are sitting inside something that actually matters. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I argue with anyone who calls this the home of the Buffalo wing? Not a chance.

The ambience is clean, spread out, and slightly dimmed towards the back, but it gives a nice welcoming vibe. They have a really good hip-hop and R&B playlist, which gives a fun experience. The service is excellent, everyone beginning to end was super nice and helpful. Our server did a great job at explaining the menu and what to expect. We got the original fried chicken, which is basically a chicken cut up into pieces so you get a little bit of everything of a whole chicken. This recipe is still crispy, we got the honey soy sauce on the side, and that sauce is amazing! We ended up ordering more. We also got the crispy wings, those are double fried and definitely have lots of crisp! Every piece was hot and fresh, very juicy and a perfect seasoning. We also ordered some fries that had a powdered cheese on them and the guy did let us know it was a sweet cheese, but I was definitely not expecting that much sweet. Honestly they were not my favorite, it's very strange to have a sweet powdered cheese on french fries. I was not a fan, but my husband liked them. And lastly, is the slaw and the pickled radish that they bring out, I liked those very much and they gave a perfect balance and touch of acid against the wings and the richness of the sauce. The location isn't something you immediately see off the road, it's right in the corner of a strip mall off of De Zavala. Definitely worth the trip, these wings and this chicken were 10 out of 10!
