This looks to me to be a new subway. None the less, the staff is very pleasant and polite...helpful with preparations of your meal choices...and the prices are excellent. This store has plenty of tables and seating, plus bathrooms that are clean and stocked. This location is directly in line with the round-a-bout...so if you miss the driveway then you take the circular tour and when you come around again make that hard right turn into the parking lot...LOL. read more

I asked for some extra veggies and got barely any. The last few times we have eaten here, we got sick. Including my baby who ate some of my sandwich. Bad stomach issues.... I love to order from here because of convince though I have to say they need to improve on the call taking. I just got put on hold and hung up on for my seventh time. I understand sometimes you are busy but hanging up on a costumer is rude. I don't know if it is their phones or just their staff because of some of the reviews but I have say which ever it is It needs to change. The employees need to be either Re-trained or rehired. I been to this locations for a couple of months now. The women at the counter in the mornings always has an annoyed face when somebody walks in. Instead of saying "welcome to subway" she ask you in a mean tone "what type of bread". No smile no politeness and very rude. Then the hipster looking guy does not wear anything to cover his beard. So you see his lovely red hairs fall into your sandwich. Very gross! Do not go here. Also they never have any of the natural drinks up. read more

My wife and I love subway. But today and other days ordering from this one always turn out bad. Bread never seem to be fresh at all. The girl who works there doesn't have a good attitude when we come up to order. I feel like she should leave the place with poor customer service she provides. I dont think this is a bad Subway as far as cleanliness, but the red head that made my food probably should go find another job if he hates his so much. After working in fast food I understand it sucks, but my 4 year old niece could have done a better job at making a nicer sandwich. Awful awful awful!! The two employees that work there are SO mean. My husband ordered the new Cali steak and the guy was so mean to him because he didn't say what size or bread immediately. Like chill out! They are so so grumpy and have no idea what customer service is. Go there if you want to feel like a burden! We had a coupon and they wouldn't take it because of what it said in the fine print (apparently it excluded the new cali sandwiches), which is fine, but they were not nice about it at all!! Spent $25 on two sandwhiches with horrible horrible service. NEVER going back to this location. Do anything you can to avoid it. read more

My family and I arrived here at 8:10, 40 minutes past when it was scheduled to open and the doors were locked. A few minutes later an employee appeared but completely ignored us for 15 minutes. Eventually she let us in and was very rude. read more

Food is great! I love to go there for a healthy meal! My only complaint is that the wifi never works! As a college student, I have to be working on Homework a lot and sometimes it's nice when I can eat and do homework at the same time. But the wifi never connects. I always enjoy Subways, but once when I needed quarters (like $5 worth) they were quick, understanding, and very cooperative without complaining. Awesome service. I would definitely recommend this one out of all the Subways in rexburg. read more
