The owner Cody is an absolute ass. Our sandwiches were already made and customers were walking in and out. Their computer system/credit card reader wasn't working and always Ended up delaying our night by 30 minutes. If I was the owner, I would have let the customers keep the sandwiches that were already made for the inconvenience. Instead, the owner Cody, while on loud speaker on the phone with the Subway worker troubleshooting the issue responded to all his customers very rudely. First off the guy who answered the phone this evening was extremely rude. If you hate your job....fine. but do not come sideways with a customer cause you got called on your shit. I ordered $55 worth of food.. for one of the sandwiches (steak and cheese) to have no meat in it. The other sandwiches were completely smashed in the bags and nothing was in the bread. Ordered food at this subway and their card reader stopped working. They let me sit there for 20 minutes with no other way to allow me to pay and also didn't offer the sandwich. I el heard a manager named Cody on the phone say they can't give it away for free. Guess the manager does not care about customers having to wait ridiculous amounts of time even though there was no line when I got there. Should've gone to Taco Bell. A walmart personnel wouldn't let me park my 25 foot motorhome on the perimeters of the parking lot as I was about to patron your business so 3 stars is all I can give as parking is horrible. She rudely knocked on my rv and then said I couldn't be there as there's signs that say no overnight parking. I replied that it wasn't even sunset as it was about 3pm. It makes a big difference who is making your order. I always order the same sandwich, as soon as they hand it to me I know if it was made well? Some times you can even tell by the weight of it. I ordered a toasted turkey sub with only cheese, lettuce, mayo and mustard. When I got home and opened it up, the bread was so darkly toasted, the ends were not edible. I cut off about 3 inches of the bread on each end, and threw it away. I had the bare minimum of turkey on it, six shriveled slices, and no cheese. so I pretty much paid $12 for a handful of lettuce with a squirt of mayo and mustard on it. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. If I wanted my sub screwed up, I could have stayed home and done it for free. read more

This is by far one of the worst subways I have been to. I ordered a footlong, my bread was clearly undercooked, the lady working was smashing it while she was cutting it. When it came time for veggies I would say something and the girl would rudely snap back with "anything else?" So I told her everything I wanted. The women I believe to be the manager is always incredibly rude to me any time I have come in. She is very unfriendly and always seems in a huff projecting her voice at unnecessary volumes. I thought the first time maybe she was just having a bad day which isn't an excuse but after maybe the 5th time of going I noticed her attitude hadn't changed. I tried the Tucson Chicken, the pros was that they have a nice selection of bread, and my favorite here is the Parmasion Cheese, they also have good selection of sauce, that being said that is the main plus here, the biggest grip I have is they are VERY skimpy on the meats! Thursday night my husband and I decided to get a sandwich for dinner. We went the Yelm, WA store and I went in to order both sandwiches. We were each having the special of the day (BMT). While the girl was making the sandwiches I asked for her to please leave the ham off of mine. She then informed her me that that would make the sandwich an extra $1.29 because I couldn't be charged the $3.50 price of a BMT because it was missing an ingredient. She then asked the girl working with her if this was the case. She replied yes you have to charge her extra. So if I am understanding them correctly it cost more if you leave a meat off. I told her to then make the sandwich a BMT and I will throw the ham in the garbage. I don't think I will be visiting that store in the future. read more

The staff is very disrespectful and they do not listen. The messed up my order two times and the girl making the food didnt know what the big menu sandwiches were. When I finally had to step out because I was on the phone with someone from my job (high ranking members of my battalion) the assistant manager made a comment to the girl that messed up all the orders thinking my wife didnt hear what she said "Thats what happens when people are on their phones, its no big deal, its their fault." The new Yelm location for subway is fantastic if only the workers were actually friendly and liked their jobs. Also how the heck is Tim employee of the month every single month because he is the most unfriendly worker at Subway. I stood in line and the lady in front of me asked for light mayonnaise and it came out exploding all over her sandwich and she said oh that is a lot of mayonnaise he said oh well that's just how it came out with a rude snark to his voice. My wife and I go to this subway a lot. We have always received good food and good service. Recently that has not been the case. There is one employee who is really rude. My wife has managed a subway and gives the girls tips because they are mostly young and don't always follow the rules. This Subway makes an ok sandwich but you might be in line long enough to grow a beard, they are that slow.
