I entered the drive thru and the person said "take a moment to look at the menu and i'll be with…read moreyou" which i thought meant to just look and figure out what i wanted; since i know what i wanted i went ahead and began to say it. then in a worsened tone the worker repeated what they said to begin with. i'm currently waiting here for about 8 minutes now, just to get my order taken. I understand if they are working drive alone but if that's the case they need to call in another worker or at least learn to balance orders and cash. i don't go to arby's often so i'm unsure if this is a one time thing but it's very frustrating. edit: the poor girl was working front, kitchen, cash, and orders all by herself. as someone who works in the fast food industry i understand just balancing two positions is insanely difficult. this is not okay under any circumstances and needs to be fixed. people shouldn't be working like that for such little money, either pay her the salary of four workers or get four there.

I have only been here twice and both times I regreted my decision. I had the same lady at the front…read moreboth times and she is very slow. She is very nice but this is fast food. Both times my orders were correct and the quality was good. The second time I went I was picking up an order for a friend. I only ordered a "Large Iced Mocha". After what seemed like forever she replied asking if a medium was ok? I could easily see there were plenty of large cups but I said ok if you don't have any large cups I guess I will take a medium. She typed in a regular medium mocha (hot). She then asked if I wanted it hot or cold. I ordered Iced mocha so that would be cold. She then had to change the order and said that they have large cups for Iced Mochas so I can indeed get a large. Ok, great. This is like 4 minutes in at this point for just ordering 1 drink. Finally money is exchanged and I begin to wait. 2 people behind me with seperate orders ordered their food (drinks, sandwiches, hashbrowns) and received them all before I received my 1 drink, which again was for a friend. The lady was friendly but I don't believe she should be in "fast" food.
