I have only been here twice and both times I regreted my decision. I had the same lady at the front both times and she is very slow. She is very nice but this is fast food. Both times my orders were correct and the quality was good. The second time I went I was picking up an order for a friend. I only ordered a "Large Iced Mocha". After what seemed like forever she replied asking if a medium was ok? I could easily see there were plenty of large cups but I said ok if you don't have any large cups I guess I will take a medium. She typed in a regular medium mocha (hot). She then asked if I wanted it hot or cold. I ordered Iced mocha so that would be cold. She then had to change the order and said that they have large cups for Iced Mochas so I can indeed get a large. Ok, great. This is like 4 minutes in at this point for just ordering 1 drink. Finally money is exchanged and I begin to wait. 2 people behind me with seperate orders ordered their food (drinks, sandwiches, hashbrowns) and received them all before I received my 1 drink, which again was for a friend. The lady was friendly but I don't believe she should be in "fast" food. read more

It doesn't matter who works here. With a single person in line there is a 15 min wait for fries and a coke. This is an ownership problem.

Absolutely terrible service took 20 minutes to get my meal. The people that got here after me got their meal before us. The language in the back of the restaurant was absolutely awful. Cussing while customers are in the dining area. Terrible service. read more

The service here sucks, two younger girls were supposed to be packing orders and were messing around "playfighting" till the manager said something. Then messed up my order, causing my to wait another 5 minutes on top of the 10 I was there for. Ridiculous. Also whoever has nails in the back needs to watch what their doing, my sauce got punctured and I know for a damn fact it wasn't me because my co worker was the one that noticed it when he grabbed it. I arrived inside to order from the kiosk. The manager warned me that there are a bunch of cars in the drive thru so I'm going to have to wait. Then she proceeded to take a drive thru order and audibly complained "what is she ordering fucking dinner at 1:30" during that customers order. After that was done she audibly complained that the dining room was piling up with people and laughed and said to a coworker "guess they're all just going to have to wait." She was just completely rude to everyone she encountered for seemingly no reason as there initially was no one in the dining room other than me at first and only 5 cars in the drive thru at that time and not a single customer was complaining so I don't understand the hostility. Funny enough my food was hot and fresh and I had my order less than 5 minutes from the time I ordered. My only complaint is the lady openly and audibly complaining about the customers that are all within easy earshot of her complaints like we weren't all standing right there. If you are hungry it's worth the wait to go to the next town. Food is always cooked with old oil, the past month they haven't had drinks with carbonation which is confusing because when I go into the lobby the drink where fine I asked the lady in drive thru and she said yeah our back machines don't have it but lobby does so I need to request my drink from the lobby if I would like it to have carbonation. Was not at all happy with my visit. I waited at the register for 8 mins with no one to be found. Finally an older gentleman walked out and took my order. He didn't say a work to me other than "order." There was one gentleman behind me and after the worker behind the counter took my order, he looked at the next guy and walked away. My food came quick, but it was wrong. My fries tasted two days old and recooked. There was a hair in my spicy mcchicken that's was supposed to be ketchup only. And the McDouble was loaded and was also supposed to be ketchup only. Not happy. And I will avoid this location. read more

The lady taking orders wouldn't even let us order! My husband ordered his meal and she asked if he was done, he said "no, we have more to order." She then literally sighs and waits about 2 seconds for me to order and cuts me off and says the total for my husbands meal. I said "umm we have more to order." She then said "uhhh, I already asked that!" We tried to just keep ordering and she just said "pull forward!" We said again, our order and she cut us off and wouldn't let us order! Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to (and I travel the US so that's saying something) Just go to the Subway down the road, much better and doesn't have rude employees who don't even let you order. The worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. I ALWAYS wait more than 5 minutes and rarely have a correct order. The staff is lazy and very unprofessional-- constantly on their phones. I'm not sure how, but the burger patties are the thinnest I've ever seen at a Mc D's. It's been bad since it started. I think corporate forgot about them. read more

We went to this McDonalds even though it was attached to a gas station. I thought, McDonalds is McDonalds. I was wrong, completely wrong. We got fries, a chicken wrap and a burger plus two bottles of water. The two bottles of water were the only items we did not throw out. The cooked food was dried out and sour tasting. I recommend that you Do NOT eat here. Get prepackaged snacks from gas station. The two bottles of water? They were just fine. read more

This McDonalds is the worst one I have ever been to and I have been there several times each time thinking it could not be worse,I was wrong. From waiting until the counter person finishes her texting to waiting on employees to finish arguing in front of the customers or just ignoring the customer until they finish what they are doing.
