The pineapple on top of the Al Pastor helped mask the dried-out meat. The jalapenos were delicious! They were wrapped in bacon, stuffed with cream cheese and grilled to give it a smoky flavor. Multiply by 3 or 4 3. + soft Brioche bun + grilled onions + bacon The equation is simple. Equals amazing. Add a bag of BBQ Lays and a slice of homemade carrot cake and wash it down with Big Country "Hecho in Tejas" lager and you may have the perfect meal.
