Near the casher, there was a sampling dish for sourdough bread. They told me it is freshly baked by a local, independent baker. My wife ordered the mix fries, which is a mix of regular and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were great, but they only give you a small amount compared to regular fries. The regular fries were a bit too salty, need to tone that down. Saying all that, I think Sandies is worth trying out. They have a great product, they just need to make some adjustments.
