I showed up three shifts in a row and was left waiting for Taylor to even arrive to let me in. Any questions and learning curves she just couldn't be bothered. The difference how she treated me to what was clearly her friends employees was very night and day. I messed up three orders in two different lunch rushes because when I got backed up and asked for help her only reply with an attitude was looking at cue cards. That's all fine when we aren't busy, but when you got 7 orders in a lunch rush and can't be bothered to even train your staff its very underwhelming. The walk in cooler has no light I been forced to use a flashlight to even try to do my job and the Fifo method. The sanitizer water is supposed to be 70° or luke warm, she copped an attitude when I inquired about what the online training said to hers she would leave it stagnant with cold for hours without changing it. The make line has been without refrigeration and I had to ice down the food to stay fresh. The music on the Bluetooth was always playing loud pop music she had control over nobody could think let alone eat in peace. The worst experience was being told to go on break and hour after I show up while she took multiple while on the job being paid runs to her car sits there hitting a vape pen multiple times a day. I appreciate the opportunity but clearly this manger was picked out of necessity cause she's terrible at her job. I called in my last day 35 minutes ahead of time said I was running behind cause I didn't wanna wait anymore without being paid and she said cool she is behind too and just vomited on the way it. I get there 6:50 and she refuses to teach me prep handed me the make lin packet to figure out myself thankfully I just took a photo for future reference to not annoy her or ask her to do her job. If you don't wanna do your job just don't be a manager your only as good as the trainer and I was a product of her work. Like I just wanted to do my job not attitude like anyone was trying to take the big girls position. Truly one of the most insane experiences I've ever had. I appreciate the opportunity I did have I guess the customers were so nice as well as the other staff. I guess I didn't fit her look for the store. I asked for corporate number or the owners she differs me to they will contact me when it's convenient the owner is on vacation. Ps. to use tardiness as an excuse when the one day I was 10 minutes late I gave ample notice and made it there before open. She has made me wait multiple days this entire week for tardiness to open the store no notice till I asked where she was. I'm partially disabled I'm not waiting around for free to stand on my feet with tendon damage. If I'm scheduled for 6:30 or 7 I'd like to clock in at that time not when you feel like showing up to open the store.
