Ordered 4 chicken nugget deals with double cheeseburgers. 3 pops and a large hot chocolate. A cheeseburger was missing, no sauce for the nuggets and a small hot chocolate. Called to try to get it fixed and the Mgr was a liar. She first said I made all the drinks and no hot chocolate was made and then said a small was ordered. Went through the drive thru today at 10:19am. Had already Ordered an online order from the app. Came to the window and it seems like they didn't have my order. I ordered a lemonade and Michigan. Apparently even that wasn't simple enough. They had to get the manager to type it in. Spent $5.30 used my $5 or more code and told me they couldn't add it to the discount since it was taxes that added up. So I got two chickens then told it wouldn't work either two Mcchicken.... Before the remodel this location was great. Since the remodel the service and food quality has dwindled here. I usually place my order online so I can just go in and it is ready in a minute or two. Not on my most recent trip. On my most recent visit I stood there for 12 minutes! There were several people that asked for refunds as they had somewhere to be. We stopped here to pick up my daughter nuggets on the way home from visiting the barn. We all noticed that her chicken nuggets smelled odd. Being that my teenager has a mind of her own she ate all 20 nuggets even though we kept telling her something smelled off. The next morning my daughter was sick throwing up and having other issues. My father and i just went through this drive through and the first thing that bumped us out was that they don't have any soda, and when we get our food they charged us and extra .59¢ for the slushees that we got even though we both got meals and they shouldn't have charged us more because their soda is all out. on top of that my dads frys were cold and i'm extremely disappointed in the price they charge for food now. Management either doesn't care about the customer experience or is too incompetent to understand the affect it has on business. We have stopped coming here all together because, even though the kids enjoy playing, the two ceiling fans are always on full blast. I have made multiple requests in person and left reviews with McDonalds directly and not once has anything been done about it. It is literally windy in the play place. I am not exaggerating, you can not even leave a napkin on your table without weighting it down, or it will blow off the table. It is too cold to be comfortable. We had a high school track meet across the street at Brandon High school. During said meet, we drove over to just get a simple bite to eat. As we pull in we see about 1/4 of the staff outside on what they may call a break.Right as we walk in, eyes roll as we try to decide what to order. We only had a group of seven. We all ended up getting desperate orders and each order took at least five minutes to come out to us. Due to the unsanitary tables, we were required to enter the infested play structure room. As we sat down, I unravel the greasy paper that cradles my breakfast burrito. As I do so, the food unwraps and creates a scene. As I gather it together to recreate the madness, 3 of the 7 of us decide to enter the Petri dish of a play set, as I see them inside I rush to look at what they call rules and regulations, there was no age limit and referred to the customers as kids, so we assumed that the three would not get any warning, as we finish our food, two women bolt into the room (without any previous warning) and say that we must leave the premises of their rotten establishment due to the users of the play set not being 10 and under. You may think they tried to be as calm as possible about the awkward situation, but the woman (most likely manager and/or witch) was very hostile. Now let me remind you, only the 3 inside the set had been shown the door, yet they had driven away most of the spectators as well do to the attitude of the buildings staff management. All in all this building is a mess (physically and economically). Social skills is like a 14 out of 100 and food and housing is about a -2 out of 100. All in all this Mcdonalds can create a mountain out of a mole hill with just a couple of money barring teens. read more
