My husband & I go there everyday (except Monday because they're closed on Mondays) for an ice cream date. It's become our little date time away together. My favorite is Black Raspberry. His is Butter Pecan. If you're lucky you get these little pockets of the flavor bursts inside the ice cream. Extra bonus! I believe the other flavors are Strawberry, Root beer, Tropical Orange & Green Apple along with Black Raspberry & Butter Pecan. I'm not sure if I'm missing one or not. The service has always been polite. Depending on what time you go you can either have no wait or a wait. It's hit or miss. You never know but obviously lunch & dinner time are always busy. Then it rained for 12 hours, resulting in extensive water damage and eventually mold set in due to the extreme heat. Ken has also been fighting cancer for 14 years, and he's been displaced ever since his home was damaged. To make a long story short, while looking for a good restaurant to eat at, we stumbled upon Harvey's on Military road in Sioux City, and I'm glad that we did! The place was super clean, they give you HUGE portions, and talk about fast and friendly service! Not only was our waitress Cayla super nice, so was the cook, Cody. And come to find out, they're twins! I have twins in my family, and when Cayla had a few minutes to spare, she approached our table, and we chatted briefly about multiples, as well as what brought us to Harvey's that particular day. So, as far as Ken and I are concerned, Harvey's is at the top of our list! Their food is delicious, and the staff is super friendly! So for those of you reading this review, whenever you're in the Military Road area in Sioux City, and you're hungry, stop at Harvey's restaurant, and you won't be dissapointed! Tostada - hard to eat, but fresh ingredients. Potato oles - like cafeteria potato hash rounds. Had an old oil taste unfortunately. The oles at the bottom of the container were much crispier, as if they were old and double fried. Taco beef burger - more bread than my liking. Better with some potato oles inserted. Quesadilla - nice grill marks but lacking flavor. Service was nice and the place was clean at least.

I've walked past this place a few times throughout these past few days, and there are ALWAYS lines of cars. The 2 times I've been here, families are always uniting and dining together. It's nice not to have to deal with riffraff while eating. The first time I had Culver's, I had a normal butterburger. I remember it was really good. The fries too. And it was JUST enough food. But this time around, I ordered a bacon deluxe, w/out a bun and a side salad (cuz I need to cut down on my carbs), but without thinking, I got a raspberry vinaigrette, that has 10 grams of sugar. I caught it before emptying the packet completely. Anyway I digress. I was still hungry, in lieu of not having the bun, so i tried the QR code at my table, and ordered a grilled chicken sammich (no bun). Both the burger and chicken were PERFECT. Hot, fresh and moist. I personally think the bun help makes the burger, but still good to me. The place is pretty clean, and all the employees were super nice. There were like 4 of us chit chatting while I ordered. And it's also nice to have your food brought out while dining in. My only gripe, which isn't even a store issue, was trying to sign up for rewards. It kept asking me for information that I had already input, and bounced me around to a couple different pages, frustrating me, and then after everything is submitted, it turns around and tells me there was an error on the web page or something. So I just said screw it, I don't eat here often enough to even use points. All in all, I will be back eventually.
