McDonald's can be such a hit or miss depending on location and/or dependent on the location. The…read moremorning we stopped here a few days ago it was not great but not the worst ever. Firstly the positives, they had everything we ordered and made it all correctly without mistakes or forgetting anything. Food quality and taste was as good as you can expect from fast food. Staff were friendly enough. The negatives, which almost all comes down to wait/time it took. They in no way should be classified as fast food at the speed they went. This is a location with two lanes of drive thru but did not operate both at the same time so kinda pointless to have the two. Then once we ordered we sat waiting for our food and drinks for what felt like should have been 20+ orders completed. Maybe it was a really understaffed day or something but thankfully the food was correct once we got it. With some other locations that is a hard thing to achieve. Not a franchise I try to frequent to often but glad this is not my local location for the times I do grave a McGriddle or chicken nuggets and fries.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to and I have been to many. I don't ask for modifications. I don't ask for extra condiments. My order is never complicated. Whoever owns this McDonald's needs to figure it out. 25 mins for a two person order at McDonald's is not it. Whether it's to go, drive through, or walk in its slow. First yelp ever written.

HUGE shout out to Michelle, Eli, Coop, Jessica and the ENTIRE staff at The Catch for helping us…read morehost a pre-wedding welcome party on 9/5/26! We wanted a casual, fun, typical Maine setting for our out-of-town guests and The Catch exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent - lobster rolls, grilled swordfish tacos, mini fisherman platters and of course...New England chowder! And whoopie pies for dessert! The new backyard patio provided beautiful views of the marsh and the fire pits and cornhole games added to the ambience. Our guests had such a good time and we're still getting compliments a week later. Everyone was so accommodating and easy to work with. Service was excellent! Thank you for a fun and memorable "night before!" Looking forward to visiting next year!! Fran, Josh and Lorianne

This used to be one of my favorite seafood spots, but apparently it was sold a couple years ago…read more Today is the first time we've gotten the chance to go and it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I'd been coming here for at least 20 years, and in recent years it had been a favorite spot to eat outside when traveling with my dog. But now, we are not allowed to eat outside with a dog. Instead we had to order to-go and then walk down back to a 'dog area' which is a spot to the left of the building, below the parking area with one picnic table and some chairs in the woods. It was a beautiful sunny day, but we were getting eaten alive by no-seeums, which is not a nice experience when paying $100 for 1 meal with 6 scallops, 4 small pieces of fried fish, fries and slaw, an order of onion rings, a small clam chowder, and 2 beers. And $50 for a small lobster, an ear of corn, and an iced tea. I get that this is a tourist area, but $12 for a beer in a plastic cup and a $7.50 up charge for 6 scallops while being banished to a buggy spot that made eating very uncomfortable is a big no thank you for me. Crossing this place off my list, sadly. The upgrades and changes to this place are not a bonus at all. I'm sad that a place I always felt was friendly and welcoming is now overpriced and we all felt like we were being treated as second class citizens.

The server was friendly and happily answered our questions; our food came out quickly and was quite good. I had the chicken curry bao and satay chicken bowl. The bao were well executed with a nice fluffy dough and good amount of filling. My chicken bowl was delicious- a nice balance of flavors with fresh, sweet and savory elements. The portion could have been larger, but overall well done. Great little spot for a quick lunch or dinner!

The menu has tons of options. I couldn't pass up trying the pork belly Bao bun sandwich and I'm glad I got it. The bun itself usually Fall short with many places. Well, not here. It's their main attraction. Pillowy and the perfect size to carry all the fillings. $10 for one of these bad boys and that may seem a little on the higher side for a bun but this thing was packed. I'd pay that again in a heart beat. The pork belly was cooked well. The fat was rendered perfectly and it was tender. If they did it roasted and got it a little crisp, boy it'd be a 10/10 but honestly, the freshness from the pickled onion, the cilantro and the sauce they used on it was all wonderful. Loved it and when I'm in the area I'll surely come back. Especially considering I ordered and got my bun in 5 minutes flat. I could sneak away from my family real quick, have my bun and be on my way before anyone got too worried. Thanks Bao 155!
