"Thank you" and off I went home. Got home, ate my fries then opened the box for sandwich. No cheese, no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, no onions. Two burgers and a bun. I'm not running back at this point. Too pissed. Contacted customer service at corporate and explained same scenario. Was told in email reply. They were sorry for the experience and that McDonald's store was notified about the experience. It's been about a month and I still haven't even gotten an apology. Figured I'd give them some time but this is ridiculous. I'm not asking for the moon. An apology, maybe a voucher to replace my sandwich.
