A car behind us became impatient and moved the garbage can to cut the lane and drove up straight to the order window. When I decided to back out of the drive through and leave the location, I saw the employees taking the order of the lady who cut the line, and kept ignoring the other cars waiting for 20 minutes Horrible service... this place was renovated a few years back, but even before that, service at this location was terrible. Not sure if it's the same franchise owner or a different one, but I would suggest you steer clear of this location. I'd love to support a local business, but the service level is horrid, and I will make sure I never take my business to this location. I will drive out of my way to avoid the McDonald's on Pie-IX/Fleury in Montreal-North, as it doesn't deserve my business with such terrible service levels!!
