They offer Pepsi products. My SO went with an all-you-can-eat soup & salad bar. Soups on this day are cowboy bean and loaded potato. Lettuce is an iceberg mix with red cabbage and carrots. A variety of veg,, mayonnaise based salads, toppings like croutons and seeds and a variety of dressings were available. I opted for a steak salad. I was 'hangry' and did not take a photo. The salad was large. Same lettuce mix of iceberg with red cabbage and carrot. Half a dozen grape tomatoes, chopped hard boiled egg, a load of shredded cheese and three 'broasted' potato wedges. This is topped with sliced steak, cooked to your preference with a side of salad dressing. Very filling. We paid by scanning a QR code on our reciept, but the waitress can also cash you out if you prefer. She was very bubbly and kept an eye on us checking in a couple of times The restaurant is clean. Decor 'Americana' with heavy wood tables and metal chairs. Restrooms are off the hotel lobby down another corridore. The rest stop cafeteria is very clean and well maintained. I'm glad we stopped here for an early lunch on our drive to see family for thanksgiving.
