And some locations are just down right nasty inside. I saw they had a BOGO free deal on footlong sandwiches so I mention it to my hubby and he said let's go try the location in Magnolia. The Yelp rating at this location had me nervous but I decided to keep an open mind. You have to order on the app or online to get the BOGO deal. So I placed our order on the app. 3 young guys were working. They were polite. The inside was clean. They made our sandwiches and I was surprised. It was really good. Hubby thought so too. We finally found a good Subway to eat at. We both really enjoyed our sandwiches and will definitely return. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ON KIOSK!! I had a really frustrating experience ordering at this Subway location. I placed my order on the kiosk thinking it would be quicker and more convenient, but it ended up being the opposite. Instead of working on kiosk orders, the employees kept taking orders from customers in line while my order sat there waiting.I waited a long time for my food, and it honestly would have been faster if I had just stood in line. It was frustrating watching people who ordered after me get their food first while no one seemed to be paying attention to the kiosk orders. If you're going to offer kiosk ordering, there needs to be a system to make sure those orders are actually prepared in a timely manner. Otherwise, it just wastes customers' time. The restaurant is ok, not the cleanest, not the worst. The service is more an obligation than a pleasure to serve. The food this time was the biggest disappointment ever! My husband ordered a curve side pick up of grilled chicken, they did not warm it up, they did not put cheese, there was a big hair in it, he had to toss it and only was able to eat the Doritos and try to satisfy his hunger with them only. Very sad chain fast food restaurant s had turn to be this poorly taken care off. No more ordering here. read more

It's a Subway. The line was long, but not that long. Especially considering how many people were working behind the counter. Service was slow. Here is my major complaint, saucing up the sandwich. I love the piled on topping, but the sauce does not need to be as heavy. I told the person working to go light on the mustard and mayo. She then said, "Ooooooh. We don't have light mustard." Really?! You know I really wanted to say, "No shit Sherlock." Instead I said, "I know. Mustard is already fat free. Go easy on the mustard and mayo." Nope. It had been a long time since I had a Subway so I decided to try this local location out. Customer service is definitely lacking on being professional in front of customers. If you see an employee that needs guidance, do it with respect and NOT in front of the customer!! Last thing we need to see or hear - plus it's embarrassing to the employee. The sandwich was very short on lettuce but a good amount of tuna so that part was nice. But when I put the sandwich up for my first bite, I could smell something I thought might be bad. I literally picked apart the sandwich item by item and prayed it wasn't the Tuna as I took a few small bites before deciding no, it wasn't my imagination, something had gone bad or sour... I narrowed it down to the black olives or onions....I hope!! Guess I'll see soon enough, but had to throw away 3/4 of the sandwich. Guess I won't be frequenting this location again.
