Hate those stupid kiosks, where is the face to face customer service? Only ordered 1 Shamrock shake and 1 Strawberry shake, both w/o whip cream. Kid slid them on the counter and walked away. They made 2 Shamrocks, w/whip cream. Had to get someone's attention, told them 1shake should have been Strawberry. Got the feeling it was an inconvenience, but the kid did make a Strawberry shake (w/whip cream again!) in the same stupid cup! Who does that?!?!? Never going back! 9.26.22 Sometimes you just have to stop at a McD's. That was the cast for me on Monday. I was an extremely busy day for me so I did not get a chance to eat anything until 3pm. Employees don't seem to know their own menu. They spend a lot of money making a fairly nice dining area then RUIN it with a constant beeping sound from the cook machines. I am not sure that the beeping could be any louder. The cashier couldn't even hear me order. ...I couldn't hear myself order. Seems they could Bluetooth the beeping to some of the employees running around with headsets on and make the over all kitchen and dining experience better. read more

They're always super rude and will follow up with a *sigh* over the drive-thru speaker even if you only order a coffee. Also if you plan on curbside be prepared for a 20-30min wait each time. (and yes again if it's only a coffee) read more

This place was open 24hrs for a long time. They stopped being open 24hrs a day. They still leave the lights on the drive thru. They will let you sit there with all the lights on and employees inside and never bother to say anything about being closed. Manager should give the owner a refund on the salary. Went to the store and both managers had an attitude and said i can't do nothing about that, call customer service. After they blew me off, called customer and it's even worse. 9 calls later, 9 different reference numbers, still no call back, no refund. They took my money and never got any food out of it. If I could give negative stars I would. This location is unbelievably lazy. Multiple boxes for my oldest sons burger. My youngest sons drink had 3 cups. And either the members that put the food together can't read or they just don't care. The box shows no onions but the burger tells no lies. I know the saying "it's McDonald's. What do you expect?" But a little effort goes a long way. With that being said... the staff is very polite though. Actually kinda nice. Always sir and ma'am. Sometimes crappy attitude but we all know that one person. Arrived at 5pm, prime dinner time, with no one manning the registers. Was forced to use the kiosk. It wad difficult and hard to order exactly what we wanted. Son ended up with tenders instead of nuggets. Big price difference. Did not notice till later. Was hard RIP tell on the kiosk what was being ordered. Small print and was not ordered unb a logical way. Took 15 minutes to get our food. They did not bring our drink cups, i had to go up and ask for them. This was an absolutely delicious burger, I don't eat McDonald's often, but this sandwich was good! I had never tried it before, someone actually ordered it for me, it was good. Now about the restaurant and their great customer service, the drive thru cashier was very patient, very exciting, and very friendly. She greeted me/us more than one time, with a smile, and was very pleasant considering we had two separate orders. If this woman didn't love her job, she absolutely fooled me. Great way to go, Mikki for having someone that will continue to bring you great customer service. Now the traffic of getting in and out of here, if another story and at no fault at all of Mikki D's, but be aware at the wrong time to early, during school time, or evening, you will run into it. read more

This is a poorly run establishment with unprofessional management and employees. I visited their drive thru and ordered $26.46 worth of items. I drove home to discover that they forgot the happy meal (most important item) so I went back to ask them to remake the happy meal I didn't receive and also my Big Mac meal as I wasn't interested in eating cold food as I live 15 minutes one way from the restaurant. Arisha the name of the cashier started yelling at me in a strange manner just because I asked to speak with the manager. The manager although her back was to us definitely could hear the employee yelling at me but did nothing and ignored it. It wasn't till I asked why the manager was walking away from me and for a refund did the manager go to the register and refunded the happy meal. So basically I got a refund and a bunch of cold and crummy food to eat and they didn't care. The managers did not really wanna resolve the situation and the staff will down right yell at you. ordered at the kiosk, waited for an abnormally long time for our food while we watched our drinks sit on the counter. did not get two of the drinks we ordered, and ended up with an extra drink we did not order. an older man had to wait at the counter for about ten minutes before a cashier came from the back to take his order. food was of ok quality, but not the best. classic mcdonald's i guess. bathrooms were clean though. lots of yelling behind the counter which added to the outdated radio station playing in order to form a borderline dystopian atmosphere similar to that of a wafflehouse from the future that caters to the past. It's been years since I've had a Big Mac so we went to this one. First, the place was empty! Other fast foods down the road had lots of cars in the parking lot. My order came out fine, same taste that I remembered. What was odd was that there weren't any condiments on the counter, not even salt nor pepper! Kids' burgers had pickle, mustard and onion when is specifically said "just meat and cheese." I think majority of kids don't like onions, mustard and pickles on their burgers. The people that worked behind the counter were nice and gave my kids the corrected burgers. Sadly, this may be the last time for me to visit McDonald's. I don't know if it's just this location but it's just not the same McDonald's that I enjoyed going to during my younger years. Plus my tummy is cramping really bad as we speak! read more

I ordered a sweet tea as usual and they said they didn't have sweet tea but they had unsweet tea and would be happy to add sugar and give me packets; I didn't mind and I ordered anyway.
