Hmm.. I read the other reviews, but I had a good experience at this Subway. Not sure if there was a personnel change or manager change or what, but my service experience was good. Asked for lots of veggies and got what I asked for. I am trying to remember if they said "welcome to Subway" when I walked in. I was kind of distracted, so I don't remember, but normally most of the Subways I go to do say welcome or something when I walk in the door. Maybe it's a southern thing. read more

Carol the manager is absolutely horrible to her employees. It took everything in me not to say something. They were training a new person and she was so mean over and over. Belittling him and embarrassing him in front of a line full of people. Then she got upset about the amount of pickles on our sandwich and my husband said, ma'am I asked him for extra pickles. 3 people walked out. All of us in line just looking at each other, like is this real? Carol, you should be fired or required to take a course on management skills and respectful treatment of people as you were rude to customers as well. It took 40 min to get sandwiches and pay for them. William, you are amazing, keep trying your hardest. Not every boss treats people that way and you certainly didn't deserve it. read more

I ordered online and had a family member pick it up, I got a oven-roasted turkey sandwich and it gave me food poisoning

The employee that helped me was alone at 12:30 in the afternoon for the lunch rush. I asked him why he was alone. He said the manager left him there. I think it's ridiculous for them to schedule only one person to handle all the online orders and people walking in at the same time by themselves. He did absolutely fantastic with what he was working with. He was very pleasant to me and he made my order to what I wanted. read more

Ordered 2 dine-in meal deals. When I went to fill the medium soft drinks, only Sprite and water spouts were working. We were never warned, and my wife didn't want Sprite or tea. When I asked, I was told that I was being charged for water from the water fountain and that it was standard operating procedure. We will never go back again. read more

Was their yesterday around 6pm. 08/27/2023 Ordered 2 foot long sandwich's both with Sriracha sauce. When we unwrapped the sandwiches both were just dripping with Sriracha sauce, they were so hot we couldn't eat them. We threw them out, I won't be back. read more

I was going to get a salad. The lettuce was quite brown. I mentioned this to the employee and they just said "sorry." No effort to get fresh lettuce. Didn't seem to give a damn. Also, my son's 6 inch sub was the smallest I've ever seen. Must have been less than 5". Not impressed. read more

I gotta tell you, I usually don't have super high expectations of fast food restaurants, but this one really took the cake for the worst experience at a subway I have ever had. First of all, Devon did not seem to understand that my friend and I were doing separate orders. Then, he took no less than two minutes to separate two cheese slices from each other. When I asked for olives, he rudely said "you must be done, because you stopped talking after olives." who says that?? It appeared we were very inconvenient to them, and it was hard to tell if the restaurant was actually open since all the chairs were up. My sandwich was mediocre, which is what I expect from a subway, but the service was so bad I felt like I was in some kind of alternate reality. I'm not sure what's going on with the management, but I think they need to do some retraining. read more

WORST SUBWAY! If I could rate this location with Zero stars I would. I have had multiple problems with this location, time and time again. For starters they have absolutely no customer service skills at all, They never can get an order correct, and they are just flat out rude. I recently placed a Mobile order for pickup, and specified on the order the items I wanted, as well as in the notes section because I've learned this location has issues getting things correct. Get home and to no surprise honestly I see that my sandwich is not toasted... I mean why would they toast the sandwich when I asked for it toasted and repeated it as well in the notes right? Oh and then the toppings... well lack of toppings, I selected double toppings for each one because 3 pickles on a foot long is a joke. Then I also in BOLD LETTERS separately typed out each topping I wanted extra of in the notes section clear as day. When I called and spoke to Maddie on the phone she was the definition of idgaf, and instant blame game. First the excuse was she had to follow portion size, but I pointed out that I didn't even receive the normal portion amount when I asked for extra, then her story changed to the trainee made it... one problem, she told my husband she made it and a girl clear as day wrote on the bag, not a guy. So after this she took the silent route and then after an awkward moment proceeded with "well maybe tomorrow you can call my manager and maybe she can like refund you if you want" or maybe like you can like get me some extra toppings ready and I'll like come get them? Or better yet just say " I am very sorry for the inconvenience, can we make it up to you etc." Moral is don't waste your time or money here. You will be better off making a sandwich at home. read more

I have been a long time customer and today I came in for the first time in a awhile, to your store #40390. I ordered a tuna sandwich and while I was getting the dressing and fixings on there I asked for very little mayonnaise very little mustard very little oil and vinegar and what I got were loads of it I briefly complained and asked the young lady to please work on not putting so much on her response was "yeah oh well" I said oh OK well maybe an apology would be better than that. The African-American gentleman there then yelled at me and said hey you don't need to talk to her like that she is a lady I said wait a second I'm also a customer and I'm expressing my concern about my sandwich I just paid for his response was why don't you just not come back I can Ban you from the store you know that, this is the kind of experience you are going have. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, where customer service is a value. Horrible experience. The young guy and girl that worked there didn't seem to care about their job. The guy didn't give me a bag and when I asked for it he tossed the bag and the receipt on the counter. The girl burned another customers sandwhich and when another worker told her she just started laughing. Both were working really slow and laughing the whole time while they had a line of customers. This subway at 2978/woodlands pkwy in magnolia is great at making the app orders right!! I ordered extra veggies (for free!) and they made this sandwich perfectly. The manager in the mornings is WONDERFUL and I would hire her myself if I had a restaurant LOL! They are really benefiting from her working there. Normally all fast food restaurants are the same but this location is exceptionally terrible. I come here all the time only because my work is close by and every time I come here I extremely disappointed. They always make a huge mess every time and have a difficult time with the most simple task. Also I don't appreciate the shouting from one employee... This Subway is very convenient to my home and work. The manager is Amber and she is awesome. Everyone who works at this location is well trained and polite. I have my standby order of 6" turkey on wheat, and I have ordered it about 20 times at this location. Very consistent delivery and always tasty. See lots of Deretchin Elementary parents picking up food for their kid's lunches here. Great convenient place to grab something quick for lunch in Sterling Ridge. read more

Found this little gem behind Walmart, who knew. I drive by this place everyday and never bothered to look over and appreciate the local Subway in the neighborhood. Fast friendly consistent sweet onion chicken with chipotle Sriracha. Awesome stuff. read more

With limitations on how much veggie and meat is put on a sandwich is just one thing to complain about on this store. Since new management, there's never enough workers past 6 pm. Leaving their worker to be alone when working a rush. How they treat their employees is ridiculous. I'm not trying to go to a subway that won't let me have more than 6 OLIVES on a sandwich unless I strictly ask for it, and to top it off, employees are only allowed to top of the vegetables when you specify it. This subway does not let you eat fresh on how you want without struggle and the employees at night basically work alone while closing. Making customers wait longer despite the employee. Unacceptable.
