If I could rate them zero stars, I would I repeated my order to them three different times sat there for almost 20 minutes and they still came out with the wrong food wasted my entire lunch break trying just to get some food would not recommend. I'm really disappointed with the service I received at Sonic today. I remember back in the day, they used to have a chicken strip kids sandwich that I loved, but it's since been discontinued. Today, I noticed they had a regular chicken sandwich on the menu, so I kindly asked if it would be possible to substitute the chicken patty with chicken strips instead(I've done it before at other locations and never had an issue. Employees understood what I wanted and did me the favor) Caitlyn, the team member who took my order, wasn't very helpful. She seemed irritated and was very short with me, which came off as rude. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- I was willing to pay the same price or cover any difference -- I just didn't understand why it couldn't be done. It wasn't a big deal until the customer service made it one. A little courtesy goes a long way, and today, that was clearly lacking. I ordered 2 of their breakfast sausage sandwiches with no egg.... All I asked for was bread and meat... I guess whoever put the sandwiches together doesn't know the difference between bacon or sausage cause both sandwiches are bacon and both have egg. I have never been to this Sonic, so I thought I would try it out. It was about 1:30 on Sunday and a lot of customers. I ordered the bacon double cheese burger at the first station which was hung up on the previous order. No idea why it wasn't fixed, but they said they would take my card when they brought the order. It was a bit of a wait, but they were busy. The girl brought our food and was very nice and courteous. She came back with the receipt and my card after awhile. Overall, very good customer service even though the order station was broken. The food was typical Sonic: very good taste and the fries were as always good. I got the Cherry limeade and it was just as ordered: easy on the ice. Highly recommend - but don't take the first stall! read more

Wonderful service, wonderful location, and wonderful food. I went here for breakfast two day in.a row, the attendants that took my order was refreshing and very jolly. The car hops that brought me my order was super friendly, and my orders both time we're completed on the very first time. Didn't have to ask for extra, didn't have to remind them of my condiments, didn't even have problems with my food temperature, which stayed warm until I made it to work. Experience was an overall 5 star experience, and will continue to visit this Sonic when ever it is convient to my traveling. Parking lot, and drive thru are very accessible and quick, entrance and exiting to on coming traffic are easy and very stress free. Parking lot was free of debris, and very clean with no littering! read more

Service was fairly fast and all the food was corrwct in order. Staff was nice and quite fast with everything the only complaint is the speaker box in the drive-thru, its extremely staticky and hard to hear the person inside talking to you, it really makes it hard to understand the person repeating back your order. They could definitely use an upgrade on their drive-thru. read more

I ordered an Oreo sonic blast and a few other ice cream related items. What I got was a sonic blast with Oreo on the very top and chocolate chip cookie dough on the way very bottom of the cup, and plain ice cream in between. Someone needs to do a better job of making ice cream as it's not that hard and doesn't require a degree from an Ivy League school. And I waited 25 mins, really??? My favorite stop for drink in the morning. My favorite stop for a happy hour drink too! The wide variety of drinks fit any mood. Even if I'm in a hurry I'll run through the drive-in because the staff is always hustling. Their hustle in no way negatively affects their service. My favorite sonic in the area. The servers are sweet and always very eager to help. The drinks are never watered down. The food is always hot. Sonic generally does not offer refills. I've always ordered my drinks easy on the ice anyway so I don't know how they generally go on the ice. I've honestly never had a bad experience at this sonic. Which is saying a lot. My families from Oklahoma, where sonic started, so we stop at sonics everywhere we go. You could even call us Addicts. Lol read more

Every single time I have come to this Sonic at 10:30-11:00 it is ALWAYS closed despite sonic hours being midnight every night. The night staff is a bunch of teenagers who are incredibly rude and always conviently out of whatever you order. Do not come here at night, its awful and terrible staff. read more

Total rip off. Did not replace my food when they got the order wrong. Was told by a rude manager that I should have looked in the bag before I left. She told me she would replace the order, when I got there a month later because of where I lived I was told they could not find the complaint in there little book of complaints. If you come here make sure your drink has very little ice they do not refill drinks. But they do fill your cup up with ice.
