The spicy flavor was detected in each bite and I am assuming the chicken must be brined in this spicy goodness to be this flavorful. Parking lot is small and need to slow down to access the dual in-and-out entrance. The drive thru lane is narrow, but it's all possible with an incentive like this! Would and will return!

Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, the employee gave short, dismissive responses and ended the conversation with "okay" and "bye." When I called back to ask for the night shift manager's name, I was again met with an indifferent attitude. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to make things right. Everyone makes mistakes, but when the same mistake happens three times in a row and customer concerns are brushed off instead of addressed, that's unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves quality control for takeout and DoorDash orders, and provides better customer service training. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly pay for food they never receive.
