If you head to this location, it's easier to park on the side of the road. Parking in front of the building is limited and can be a challenge to get out. I put specifically *sauce on the side* Then pay even more for ANOTHER sauce on the side in effort to get them to realize I want a SAUCE ON THE SIDE. More times than not, they have forgotten. The only times they haven't is when I ask the dash driver to confirm. In a moment of severe craving at work yesterday, I said heck with it, I'll order a burrito. Guess what?! NO SAUCE. I called in and in my most pleasant voice, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told they were busy but they would take my number down and have her call me back. NO call ever came. I was complaining to a coworker and sure enough she says "oh, that happened to a coworker last week." After that, I went and checked the reviews. Sure enough there were multiple complaining about not getting sauce on the side. At this point I'm questioning if the employees are just that dense or is this just full on laziness?
