Subway is a great place to get an old favorite or try something new! When you're in a hurry it's a good choice because you probably know what you're going to eat and service is fast because it's already made - you just tell them how to put it together! Upon arrival, you are washed with that "on the ball" atmosphere of the busy city transport system that says FUN! This little place does quite a bit of business. The employees are excellent who work together to move people through as efficiently as possible. I stay at the Hampton Inn next door to this particular store so I get a 6 in. for dinner, or to hold me over until I have to leave, and a ft. long for my trip home. Even when they're busy they never complain about having to make two sandwiches for me. Anytime that I go in I always found the crew on duty to be friendly & engaging. This restaurant is NOT kid friendly! No diaper changing station in the bathroom. Only one high chair in the entire place. No booster seats. They don't even have kids meals anymore. So they won't be seeing this family again! read more

Poor service, the manager is hateful and rude employees. The tables are dirty and the floors need cleaned. We usually enjoy Subway but NOT HERE! Filled out the survey on the back of the receipt and did get a call from the district manager. He said he has had issues with this manager himself. His advice was to not go to this Subway.... Be assured we won't!!! If there was a way to do a minus star I would do that. read more

Im really tempted to never go back. Food is normal, just like any subway, so this review is towards the staff. There's one in particular that i end up getting almost everytime. Everytime i dont get her my experience is fine, but when i get her its either a messed up order because she doesn't listen or im corrected on what i want to get. Today was just that day where you say to yourself. "Alright, this is getting ridiculous." I'm a fan of the white flatbread, that's what ive known it as for at least a decade. (It's now known as Artesian, still a white flat bread. ) So i ask for this, I'm immediately corrected with. "We only have the Artesian." So i simply answer with. "Okay, it's still a white bread, and it's the only one you guys carry, so let's do that. " i proceed to go over the menu and see the new roastes brisket, that looks great. I ask for that, guess what? "We can't do that on that bread. " now correct me If I'm wrong, I've ordered nearly every other type of combination on flat bread, including the meatball, which is by far one of the messiest combinations ever. (It's delicious btw) So im getting impatient and ask. "Why not? " her reply, "we just don't." You know what? Im done, i said i don't care and i walked out. This manager or assistant manger is rude, condescending and just straight up doesn't smile about anything. Look, I've worked retail all my life, I understand that people can be shitty, so i do what i can to make things easy, simple, and not complicated when I'm putting in my order or request. Ive got to tell you, this person hates her job, every single time i see this person working, it's a chore, she must hate her job, because she is like that with everyone. read more

A subway is a subway is a subway. The food is pretty standard from location to location, so at the end of the day, it's all about the facility and staff. The staff was super friendly, but we had to clean a table to eat from. It wasn't super busy, but my guess is low staff, as those who were working were working hard. I just want to give a major shout out to Kevin and the only other guy working tonight, who's name I did not get. First of all, today in LA junta was a huge track meet, 30+ schools. After the meet many buses full of students emptied into subway. Subway was packed with a line wrapped around the building. These two guys, all alone, got everything done, everyone served and worked with gears in full throttle. For probably two hours, they probably served nearly 100+ athletes and coaches. They never whined or complained about being short handed. They simply worked hard and efficiently. If I was the store manager, I would have been extremely proud of the work these two gentleman did on this day. Seriously, they were rock stars!! read more

My sandwich was PERFECT! Service was fast and friendly. Best of all, the person asked if she added enough ranch it's always great to be asked than to assume it's enough when it comes to the dressings. So delicious... I wish I wasn't traveling through so I could go back. read more
