Just picked up 2 turkey foot longs, the bread is hard like it's old but I'm concerned because the turkey smells and tastes bad. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, I'd like a refund, this food is going to get someone very sick if not actually kill them because rotten meat can cause botulism. EDIT: after calling 53 times I just took the food back, the lady #1018 proceeded to argue with me saying that it can't be rotten because she just cut it this morning, I call BS because had 8 different people smell it. I got a refund with a note at the bottom saying "said it was rotten" no it IS rotten, it's absolutely disgusting. If I get sick I am taking the bill to raise location. Do Not Stop Here! You're actually better off at the McDonald's across the street (but not recommended). Here are the problems with this Subway: 1. Mixed meats in trays 2. Mixed vegetables in trays 3. Stained Help Wanted sign 4. No chocolate chip cookies 5. Napkins on top of back of toilet 6. Sink in bathroom didn't work 7. Asked for tiny bit of mayo and got a gob I don't leave many 1-Star reviews, so that should tell you something. Dirty place. Took one bite, which took courage (or stupidity). So clean!! I was very impressed. Masks were strictly enforced; someone tried to enter without one, and the staff told him to leave if he didn't have a mask. When he tried to pull his shirt over his face, he was told it was unacceptable and was refused service. Thank you!! It allowed us to stay. Tables, restrooms and food areas were spotless. All of the staff were very friendly. They seemed new, but they all went beyond to give us great service. Food was great too! read more

Does not take the coupons they mail to your house. For two people and $38 you could eat in town at a local spot. What a rip off!

Very slow service. Chance they were new staff. We had to walk them through what should be on the sandwich. It was interesting that they also do not have to wear hats or hairnets when making subs. read more

It's a Subway. What can you expect? It's clean. It'l tasted like a typical Subway sandwich. The gal working did load up the veggies on my veggie delite sandwich, though, which was awesome since usually they skimp. It had slower service but eh it's ok. They only had two people working. read more

I was leery of the reviews here but in need of a fresh option during a road trip--and the man working both the register and sandwich line (by himself!!) proved all those negative experiences invalid. Im a district mgr for a subway in another state. I was apalled and outright disgusted at the information i found out while on vacation for a month in idaho springs colorado. During my month long vacation in the mtns of colorado me and my family decided to visit the Idaho springs, colorado subway. Located at 2900 colorado blvd. Upon arrival i open the front door and see a line with about 12 customers. As i stand in line i see 2 people so far. A redheaded guy and a guy with tattoos on his neck. As a subway district mgr i know the way a subway runs. And this isnt what i seen... As i stood in line i watched the redheaded guy walk out of store and leave the other guy alone with over a dozen customers in line. The guy with the tattoos REALLY hustled to get orders out, as he got to my order i began to ask him ?s that a district mgr would ask. I was informed that the mgr does this often. He refuses to help customers if long line. He steals tips and homeless and or any donation box in the store... even his own sons school donation box. He cant order cause for the month i was ther he never had products ordered to suffice for the rush. He steals the employees tips. If i was the district mgr for that store... Took my money for an online order. Closed at 3 pm when I showed up to pick it up. Would/could not give me a refund. Called n next day rude employee said he was busy had customers. Not impressed at all! Dining area is filthy, we had to wash a table ourselves before we could sit down to eat. They were out of all but 2 kinds of bread, 1 flatbread and the wraps. Unfortunately they were also out of half their veggies, several sauces, and a few meats. Employees were not friendly and even with everything that needed done, they both left customers inside by themselves while they went outside to chit chat and smoke.When they were done with their cigarette break they came inside to sit and continue their visit. First off my food tasted great I got my usual veggie delight nothing complicated. My boyfriend and I sat down to eat and we noticed two of the female workers left for a smoke break leaving the new worker alone and a line started forming. When they were finished they came back inside the darker girl washed her hands. Your typical run to subway to get a sandwich would be around 10 minutes not this time however a staggering 45 minutes and 30 minutes of the time i was standing in line waiting for the 2 other orders in front of me to get their sandwiches. The worst service. We come in on a Friday night at 745p and there's a line (expected) of about 7-9 people in front of us. Not much to choose from in Idaho Springs so we wait.. A HOUR! One of the workers stops making a sandwich and goes turns off the open sign at 830p. There's still three people in front of us and we are a family of five.
