A customer in the store then became aggressive toward my mother and me as we were leaving, and the manager threatened to call the police instead of handling the issue professionally. I've reported the situation to Arby's corporate and local law enforcement because of how unnecessary and unsafe the encounter became. Beware: This Arby's advertises menu items like the Cordon Bleu, New Angus Cheesesteak, and Gyros for around $11, yet the past three times I've been here, they've been out of all of them. Each visit, I've been limited to just roast beef, beef & cheddar, or French dip. It feels misleading to promote items that are never available. Combined with the way customers are treated, this location clearly needs stronger leadership and accountability to ensure honest advertising and respectful customer service.
