Throughout the entire ordering process, the staff was extremely friendly and quickly answered all our questions. Our subs were prepared promptly, and I've never witnessed such helpfulness and cooperation among employees.We sat down to enjoy our subs, which were, as usual, incredibly tasty, and we devoured them quickly. I want to emphasize that the employees were not only pleasant, kind, and helpful, but they also worked together seamlessly. ***They should be the model for how all fast food restaurant employees treat customers.*** I would like to recognize all four of these dedicated employees: Olivia Messin, Connor Mills, Seth Keister, and Austin Mayo. I can see that each of them has a bright future ahead in their careers. These employees embody the essence of the kind of young Americans we need to build a greater USA. I completely understand that closing shifts can be long and tiring, but customers who arrive before the posted closing time should still be able to order from the available menu. It was disappointing to be turned away when the store was technically still open. I've had positive experiences here before, which made this interaction especially frustrating. I hope management can address this so future customers aren't denied service during normal operating hours.
