We were craving small but savory things to eat. This place fit our needs. Especially an excuse to get out of the rain at time we went. We are so glad to try it out. We mentioned that the onions rings are great but a little overcooked. He made sure to make it right. He originally offered to make a fresh batch of them. We kindly declined. He made a fresh batch of fries for us instead. He did not have to do that. I know that it may sound silly but that makes a good impression on the restaurant and us! We are so thankful! More than one occasion, I have spent nearly an hour waiting in the drive thru line because you get trapped inside the loop. The entrance forces you into a narrow curving lane beside a fence, and you simply can't get out if there are cars in front of and behind you. Otherwise, they'd probably have more people drive off because they are tired of waiting. I don't know what is going on here, but it has been that way for years. The food is so good that I've just accepted it won't be fast, and on the rare occasion that I roll through the line like most any other drive thru, I feel like buying a lottery ticket on the way home. He promised that he would personally look out for our Online order, and switch our vanilla shakes to that special holiday shake.
