My husband called the restaurant back and again asked if the zen burger had walnuts. I was assured that it did not. When I said, please go ask the kitchen, the person on the phone did and confirmed, "oh, it does have a little bit of walnuts in it". I don't think that the people working here understood the severity of this and they offered a refund of the meal that we threw away. Wow, how generous! I spoke to the manager and she just said sorry and that the owner would contact us. We wound up having to go to the hospital over this, after just leaving with our newborn. What a day. It's been a week and my husband has stopped by the talk to the owner but she hasn't been there and has not called, emailed, or done anything since. I don't care if she is busy, it honestly doesn't matter, this is important and I needed some reassurance that this would never happen again to anyone since someone else could have died from this but that never happened.
